If you mean the Size "more is better" or the program "more is better.
If you mean the size I would still say more is better but not TOO much. My 8x6 is still the goal.
If you meant the program I would say..
I work very hard but atm I dont have the time anymore. I got school again so my time isnt handy at all for my old program anymore.
Ordered myself a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] to try it out for a couple of months and see if I improve anything. I would probably go all out with it for 6 days a week at least.
If you want length I still think 7 days a week is the way to go Girthhammer. If you want girth I would say 2 days on 1 day off.
