Since so many people are asking me for advice in the chat and by PM I decided to put up my own report about my Penis Enlargement and my penis/cock. This is about me and my routines and my own penis.

My Penis Status atm:
( First I wanna tell you: 1 inch = 2.54 cm)
12-13cm flaccid length.
18.5cm length bpel
13.5cm Midshaft girth
14.2cm Base girth

Goals:
As I see it, the best way to do this Penis Enlargement is to put up a "Short term goal" and a "Long term goal". My short term goal was 1.5 cm length actually....and my long term is now to get up to 20cm length wich would be 5.0 cm gained length.
And I realized I need girth some months ago, so I now putted in another goal wich is 14.5cm girth around the middle of the penis.

Gained so far:
I've so far gained 3.5 cm length and 1.0 cm girth in 4-5 months

My own start in the Penis Enlargement buisness:

So I made the newbie-routine streatching TWICE a day. And with 60 seconds streatching in EACH direction (30 sec is NOT enough..believe me). And Jelqing once a day (it helps also with length not only girth...edgeing is rly rly good..making it hard n such..).


My routines I follow with 0 days off, I'm working EVERY day in the week:

Morning routine:

Im stepping into the shower, and turning on the hot water. Hot water to keep my Penis warm.
But I dont let the water flow away...just put it on a little so Im keeping myself warm, letting it drip down on the penis..hot water is expensive!...
I'm STAYING in the shower on this whole session.

I do my 60 seconds stretches in every way I can.
- First behind the cheeks left, and then right. (2min)
-Down right, down left, straight down, (3min)
-to the right, to the left, straight out, (3min)
-up right, up left, straight up (3min)

sometimes I stretch a little extra straight down and straight out just for the fun tbh (it probably helps alot). And then it's 60 seconds stretches aswell.
total of let's say around 20 min stretching.

-Warmdown with more water on the penis, hot water for around 3 mins.

- then I do my 120 quick kegles (1-2 min)

Evening routine:

Same as above.....almost!

I'm not staying in the shower on this session. I go upstairs and do my stretches in the bed actually.

I do my 60 seconds stretches in every way I can.
- First behind the cheeks left, and then right. (2min)

-to the right, to the left, straight out, (3min)
-up right, up left, straight up (3min)
sometimes I stretch a little extra straight down and straight out just for the fun tbh (it probably helps alot). And then it's 60 seconds stretches aswell.
total of let's say around 20 min stretching.

-Then I do jelq for 20 minutes about 500 jelqs. And edging my dick as hard as I can a couple of times.

- warmdown with hot shower-water aswell.

- kegels (100-120 quick kegels and 50 slow and hard kegels).

Time for my whole Penis Enlargement schedule:
1hrs/1day when I started....NOW it's 1.5hrs/1day...this totaly for Morning and Evening routines. WORKING HARD.

Other than that:

This is what I do..and it helped me ALOT..I'm close to my goal in length which is 20cm..I will soon concentrate myself on girth cuz Im gaining girth rly slow compared to length.

After 5 days without Penis Enlargement last week because of my trip to UK Im still gaining after my hard work.

Reporting gains,from 18.5 to 18.7cm length...still the same size in girth...looked like my head got bigger than usually today when I had sex aswell..havent meassured it will do with the time.

Things to do on monday: order special rings for Penis Enlargement that are adjustable.
 
My special penis rings have arrived!
It took only 1 work-day and day nr2 they arrived with the mail.

After trying them out I got in touch with ONE of them that were really great for girth work. I will seriously start training my girth ALMOST directly I think...

I wanna hit that 19 cm length before I decide to train girth seriously.

as you can see there is a button on it aswell that makes it adjustable. Works great, I just put something soft as a little t-shirt wrap between it and my shaft so I wont get any damages. The string is pretty strong you know.
 
Tomorrow I'll start with my serious girth work.

Every 2nd day I exchange my 20 min jelqing session with clamping for 3x 10 minutes with breaks included between the sets.
My clamping will be based on 2x 10 minutes of edging, and 1x 10 minutes of horse squeezes.

My stretching program will still be there until I hit the 20 cm length, then I'll start to cementing my gains.

Length Progress:
I forgot to update latly hitted the 19cm length a couple of days ago. NBPenis EnlargementL ofc.

Girth progress:
1 week away with girth-work, I cant see any changes in erect stage yet at all.... BUT I can feel while grabbing around my penis with thumb and pointer-finger around the base in flaccid state that something is thicker which is a good sign I guess..

Girth shortterm goal:
Im counting with an minimum growth of 0.5cm and a maximum of 1.0cm growth within 2 months of girthwork while clamping. Which means July 17th will be a very special day for me.

Length final goal:
Im also counting with having my length 20cm done by July 17th so I can start cementing those gains. This means I gotta grow 1cm within 2 months(!)

I only do my morning routine in the shower (since I shower daily) :).
On the evening routine I warmup and down in the shower only and doing my routines in the good old bed.

Naah I dont slip rly actually. The water makes me get a pretty good grip actually! Ever tried having sex in the shower? I dont recommend it rly, you gotta spit alot downstairs to make it slippery.

I dont pull with full force always, but I pull for a long while (1min each time). It's like 90% out of full force mostly at the start then sometime I might do fullforce on a few few stretches just to get a good feeling.

Im 20 yrs old, I guess my age has an effect in Penis Enlargement aswell.

Reporting increases in both length and girth.

2mm length increased and I can feel that my cock is getting thicker after 2 weeks of intense clamping every 2nd day.

I can clearly see girth diffrence in flaccid state and I can also now feel a little diffrence in erect state.
I would say 2mm thicker cock aswell or something, havent meassured the girth yet will do later on.

19.2cm length nbpel, ensured

opa, are you cut? I'm uncut and can't get through the stretching routine even once because of the sensitivity on the head of my penis and the frelum. It's really frustrating. Thanks.

I'm not cutted, I was rly rly sensetive myself at the start. I think that HOT water (so u burn urself at first, but after 3seconds get comfertable in the heat!! important!) would help you alot! Try that out. Because, when you had that hot water on you, you might be less sensetive around your head you know?

And I totaly recommand stretching with something soft around your penis-head. I use my underwears since they are MADE for being soft for the penis. =) Almost all underwears for guys today are soft as hell. It's very comfertable with such a grip.

actually I dont!
(except for today, got a little damage from clamping I want to get healed until tomorrow).

I always gone full out with 0 days off, and it sure have payed off. I believe every person in my age got the ability to gain as quick as me with 0 days off in his schedule.
I work hard every day so I can get done quicker.

When I started my Penis Enlargement journey I thought, "I dont wanna do this for more than 6 months". It is fun sometimes but not always, so I always had that in my mind. Now Im at my 6th month and all and still going strong.
Why am I still stretching every day? I got a goal in my mind and I dont stop until I reached it. That is how every person should think. So now when I got my longterm goal it's get done FULLY within xmas (cementing and all included ofc!). :)

2 days a week off = 8 days a month off
now 6 months x 8 days = totaly 48 days off!


It's like 1,5 MONTH that gets wasted by that time. For what? Resting? bah! :)
 
yea im agree with redzulu,opa u ar amazing....excellent job man....just keep goin.. but now for 2-3 weeks of hot and cold therapy weeks when my t-vein healed up and my hard tissues become im finaly gona re-start and im gonna have u and ur persistence on mind but im not gonna do twice a day caused of that injury or damage i have...otherwise i will do a twice a day too, i mean in morning and at evening but i cant...it interesantig that u havent some bigger damage to urself yet...i mean on twice a day jelqing sesions..
 
Red and Fenti, thnx!! Really appriciate the feedback, and I really hope you all keep following the progress.

The only damages I had on me have been 1 red/black spot on my penis after clamping. But it's almost gone today. It takes 1-2 days without Penis Enlargement to heal I realized. So I will go full out again in clamping.

And then I had a bruise on my penis head. Very very tiny. And you can only see it in flaccid state, impossible to see in erect stage. I doubt it's a permanent damage, most likely a temporary damage while stretching alot since it doesnt get any bigger. I got my small small sacrifices. =) Hopefully that will be totaly gone aswell with the time.
