I get half an inch in expansion when I clamp with the Thicker Man. I agree with superman that it's really easy to make adjustments as far as how much pressure you want.

15 mins of clamping, 2 sets

Wanted to do more because it felt so good but I read that 15 mins is best for better blood flow.

Yeah cable clamp. I don't plan on downgrading from the Thicker Man, I'm just curious to see the difference between the two and since cable clamps are inexpensive I'll give it a go. I did read that they do break quite a bit. How would you describe the intensity difference between the two? On a 1-10 scale.

cable clamp is about a 6/7 compared to the thicker man clamp

Umm longest I have clamped for straight ... 45 minutes to an hour I don't remember exact time. Nowadays I don't do things like that.

I am not a clamper, I've never tried it,but isnt 45 minutes dangerously much or you were just conditioned enough for this? :)

From what I know, cells start dying after 20 mins without oxygen so yes.
 
gosh, if I read stuff like this my stomach turns. I wonder if I'll ever need to clamp to push things further. On the other hand it remains a mystery to me how one can get 0,5" temp exp. and I'm really jealous about that. I've never got that but still made decent gains (0,6" overall).
btw. what I lways wanted to ask and what could explain my rel. minor temp exp: do you guys measure yourselves while being clamped or shortly after? Because since I work with my hands only I can only measure in between sets. I guess the numbers would be a bit bigger otherwise

I measured both while clamped and afterwards. My temp gains stay with me for a couple of hours which is great if you're planning on having sex.

very smart not to do more...it can be a tough feeling to find. but when clamping to much is definitely a bad thing

Yeah I'll stick with 2 sets for a while. It's really intense already. When you kegel it's almost an orgasmic feel haha.

If you read the master redzulu's book he tried some stuff like this too. His penis actually turned black because he clamped so long. ... It did return to a normal color.

I have clamped for about 8 hours before (on a day I was off) like 15 or 20 minutes at a time with rest time inbetween. I have no clue on how many sets it was.

I have measured during and after the measurements are about the same. The red shots must be because your skin is fair so I guess black guys have the advantage in not having those issues ;)
