88man, I am doing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]Slow Squash Jelq[/words] in my supersets. Only a couple of weeks after I got the execution of it down, my aforementioned vascularity exploded.
 
I finished Week 10 last weekend and did my measurements yesterday. I have not gained anything according to my ruler.

As I've said this is no reason to give up, only to change the plan! I will be implementing another routine with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] to get more expansion. I only got expansion some days during my first routine, and I suppose I should be getting them each time!

The [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] should be more easily usable for me in the near future, but I still have a great problem with slippage. I don't even have that much foreskin; it fully retracts with an erection. Despite this it seems to cause my lots of issues that lead to inconsistent use and discomfort. I adopted several of the popular wrapping methods devised on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] but they have not helped me at all. I was considering getting the divosuit as a means of wrapping with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], but I believe DLD alluded to waiting for some unnamed [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] device in another thread?
 
I wanted to comment on some observation I made about the Ring of Power. Ever since I began to wear it, I started to become dehydrated much more often. I drink water almost exclusively but I suppose I should drink more. Besides this, the "zapping" sensation of wearing it, and the occasional spontaneous erection, I have not seen much benefits yet after wearing it for about one month.

For a week I stopped wearing the RoP and I no longer became dehydrated. I started wearing it again yesterday and woke up this morning dehydrated. It seems to me that it is being caused by the Ring. I am not that well versed in testosterone or hormones in general and want to avoid making any so-called "bro science" claims. I am wondering, do I need to drink much more water to support the effects of testosterone that RoP may give me?

The sessions I get the most expansion are virtually always the ones where I am erect for the most amount of time out of the session. I suppose I need to step my kegel game up.

I've also been going to the gym a lot more and trying to increase my grip strength. Grip strength is very important in manual exercises, it really makes a difference in the force you can apply. I didn't gain anything else while I was gone. I lacked privacy with my housing situation, but now that's not an issue. While I was lurking, I did keep a small routine, mainly jelqing, to cement what I gained. I haven't lost any gains so I'm happy about that. Also, I did make moderate gains in muscle at the gym.

So it's been about 2 weeks since I started pumping again. I've been doing the 5x5x3 sets with pumping and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words].

When I stopped a couple years ago my EG was 5.2".
After intermittent jelqing to retain those gains combined with the above routine, I've gotten up to EG 5.5"! I am very satisfied with this, that brings my BPELxEG to 7.5x5.5! I started with 7x5 so that's half an inch in both dimensions! I don't have any fluid retention because I measured 48 hours after my last pump session; just measuring the morning wood. I wanted to make sure it really happened and it looks like it did.

Since restarting, my largest temporary gain after the pump with little water retention was 5.7". I am still trying to get used to this routine because it's kind of intense but it's working out well so far.
At this point I can easily see myself getting to 8x6. That will take a lot of effort though.

A couple things to report after 6 months:

I have way better EQ than I used to. I'm getting spontaneous, high quality erections twice as often as I used to. Staying hard using a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]bathmate[/words] is not nearly as challenging anymore.

When I don't have time to pump, I respond much better to jelqing than before. I have better grip strength from the gym, so I can get great results in just 5 minutes now, where it used to take me 15 minutes or more.

With the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]comfort pad[/words], I've hit the 8.1" mark on my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X40[/words]. This is almost a quarter inch longer than the marks I got 6 months ago with [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]comfort pad[/words] at full compression. I haven't put on anymore fat so I don't think that is what it is.

I haven't seen any erect gains yet, I'm still 7.5"x5.5", but this is progress in my book.

The discomfort tends to limit how long I use the pump, and I'm starting to maxout too. I don't really have much of a curve to do anything drastic, should I just get the bigger [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X50[/words]?
 
The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X50[/words] will definitely help-out, and if you mod it the negative space won't be as much of an issue. You could also try a dab of expensive hair conditioner on your glans...it may make the friction more tolerable

A little is a lot in PE. Gains are steady but timely.
 
Thanks Schwanz, I've done that before and it works, I just ran out of conditioner recently and forgot to get some. Do water based lubricants work better?
I also remembered the stickied thread Supra made about reducing water retention, which may also help if I start with a coup 5min sessions before doing the 10min ones, and stretching instead of jelqing. I tend to get expansion fast now as I've said because I'm stronger, so maybe I should take it easy .

I have tried the water based lube in place of conditioner and it does not work as well for me. It dissipates in water faster than the conditioner

Unfortunately that means I cant use that built-in ruler (which is relative to compression anyways) but I can still keep track of progress other ways. This way my pump seems to be more even, but I will see if I still prefer it after using it this way more.

We were just discussing this in another thread. The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BathMate[/words], for some, works better in different positions. Some do better using normally, some upside down, some to the left and others to the right. I think it is about the pelvic tilt and the differences in men at this area.

In the past when my base girth wasn't thick enough, I used to pump with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]bathmate[/words] sticker facing the opposite side, but now that my base girth is a bit thicker than before, I now pump anyway I like. Are you still consistent with your routine?

EQ might be affected maybe because you are combining clamping and pumping or maybe because you are not consistent with Kegel and Reverse Kegel. Have you tried doing [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] instead of clamping to see if there is any improvement in EQ?

Kegel is needed for girth. As long as you are training girth, you need to do kegel regularly. You can try holding the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] for 30 seconds.

Clamping will cause discoloration and possible thrombosis. What is the issue you are having with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]? Maybe we can figure where the problem is.

Just be careful because of thrombosis and clamping. If I were you, I will switch over to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]
