<y routine will vary from day to day and i will only rest if i feel i need it. But everyday is the schedule. I have a stupid schedule because i work shift, its all good though cause i make money. Okay i have come up with a routine that im confident will produce some results. Start with 5 mins edging. Then 100 SBJ's kegeling hard every other stroke switching squeeze base hand and jelq base hand evrery ten strokes and doing a 45 second horse squeeze every 25 SBJ's and repeat this twice for 200 SBJ's and 8 45 second horse squeezes. Warmdown light jelqs and massage. DONE. Very time consuming with the amount of edging invloved to maintian the perfect erection level but im hoping this will be worth the time invested. Im hoping this will get me to my goal of 5.5 inches midshaft and if not oh well i will up the intensity and use a clamp which i know will get them girth gains going. I would say this routine right here is of medium intensity but is challenging with the time it takes me to complete but the benefits i'm hoping will be worth the time invested. My penis is a freakin tank, i did 600 SBJ's kegeling every sroke or every other stroke and 10 60 second horse squeezes and some edging. Routine lasted 1 hour and 10 minutes, ejaculated and jelqed some more to warm down. Eavh 100 SBJ's which stands for Squeeze Base Jelqs takes me 7 minutes so thats 42 mintues of jelqing and 10-15 minutes of 10 sixty second horse squeezes. So i edged for about 25- 30 minutes thorugh out the routine. The SBJ's are like a shorter version of the supra slammers but in my opinion very effective with a medium to hard grip and kegeling previous to the jelq and loosening the base grip a little o get a good amount of blood in. Jelq motion is about 2-3 seconds instead of 10 second slow jelq with the supra slammer while griping the base and i dont hold it at the top for 10 seconds either oh well. My EQ is incredible. I could have done another 600 SBJ's after ejaculating. I think the clamp is needed to faitgue my tissues. I'm wondering where the next 1/8th of an inch of girth gain is. Should be here soon. I'm glad that i have great support here too. You are my motivation DLD and the things you do to make things work for others is amazing man. I did Routine 2 today with a lot of edging, routine took an hour and my penis is feeling full. I'm waiting till i can afford a rubber ring to use after girth work. I'm gonna modify it for comfort and to keep it in a fixated position to keep it tight against the base so it don't wander forward and pushing against the base pushing and keeping maximum amount of blood in. Today I did ROUITNE 1 today, and tomorrow is routine 2, i have changed both routines a little bit and i will poat those tomorrow.
 
So yeah i have been doing Penis Enlargement but im finding it to be to time consuming i wanna get good results with not so much time and i dont wanna waste time. Idk if it's to early to clamp or not and why would i wanna clamp if i can make good girth gains with my hands. I'm getting confused about things and when i start to loose motivation i think that's when i need to reevaluate what i'm doing. I waste alot of time edging during my routine. Damn why does it feel so damn good and why am i feeling like it's taking away from my routine. Damn i feel stupid. I gotta learn some self discipline and remeber i'm doing this for me and i just want things to work. I have known about Penis Enlargement for so long and i havent stayed consistent till as of now. I have been consistent for this past month but to be honest i half assed it and been switching my routine up to often. It's time to breath and re-evaluate the situation amd work to expand my penis. Tomorrow mornings plan is to go balls to the wall. I think the jelq is good but i gotta work more on expansion and the jelq isn't the best excercise for that, so i will focus on horse squeezes and jelqing in between the horse squeezes. Once you find that routine stick with it for a while to see if it works. Changing too quick between routines can lead to a slow in gains. Find a good routine and stick with it!
 
Yes sir im also debating im gonna keep it simple 30 minutes of girth work. My SBJ's brought me 1/8th of girth in two weeks so i will stick with those and horse squeezes for now. Do you think the more time spent on a routine equals more gains. Time and intensity im guessing will have to be decided by me. I'm gonna think up a good routine that i can actually perform and has enough intensity for gains. Ugh it's gonna take me a while to find my grove.

Yes sir i will definatley do that and i'm glad that you are here for me man, you don't know how much that means two me. I have been going through some tough times with my employment, my temp agency job for 7.50hr laid me off. I got a letter in the mail telling me i am disqualified for the LL BEAN job due to having three misdemeanors and i didnt lie, but they wasted three and a half hours of my time because they didnt have a criminal history section and an hour into the interview they hit me with a criminal history form, i;m thinking oh great just what i needed and i didnt lie knowing it could hurt me in the future. Oh well i walked into the temp agency at just the right time today because i scored a weekend job 12 bucks an hour fri sat sun. Sweet im happy i guess for now, figures i owe all kinds of money and i go on a employment rollercoaster. Ok i have come up with a basic routine that's time consuming but too the point. Okay 500 SBJ's (squeeze base jelqs) These brought me my first 1/8th inch girth gain, why would i stop them. I with the Squeeze base jelqs i get erect with edging, i squeeze base and kegel like im gonna shit myself. Then i take my other hand and grab base and let off kegel and kegel as im stroking letting go of the kegel as i'm stroking the jelq. I feel kegeling is a big part of Penis Enlargement now that i get to thinking. I switch off every 25 strokes with the squeeze and jelq hands, left squeeze right jelq ,right squeeze left jelq and try to continue this pattern through out the routine, its harder then you think. Plus i throw in 1 60 second horse squeeze every 50 or 100 jelqs depending on time and stuff. So basically in a nut shell 500 SB JELQS and between 5-10 60 second horse squeezes depending on schedule or how im feeling, edging is part of my routine and it varies. This seems like the right way and seems like plenty of work, and mind me saying the edging is annoying but feels so good, oh well, there's always ups and downs to something wether its good or bad. This is my daily routine.
