2. 3 sets x 10 seconds of Erect Stretches to the right, left, and straight out
3. 4 x 25 Erect 2 handed jelqs (one starts at midshaft other at base then move blood toward head)
4. 15 one-handed wet jelqs with base hand stopping the outflow of blood
5. 100 wet jelqs
6. 4 x 15 seconds of Erect TOW Stretches
7. 2 sets x 10 seconds of Penis Isometrics to the right, left, and straight out
warm-up again
8. Width Expansion 25 intense passes

11. 60 seconds Isolated Compression Squeezes(trying this at 85% or so erection)
Warm down, 30 seconds of cold wrap, then warm-down
All in all a good routine for today. Missed most of my flaccid stretching b,c i didn't have time in the morning before work. I did try some squat stretches and they seem pretty intense.
