I missed Monday Night and Tuesday morning routines. I'll try to make them up Friday hopefully. I did my Tues night tho with girth and all i got to say is damn =o.
 
I measured about 1/4" more BPFSL this morning (7 1/4") then went down to 7" in the afternoon. I did my routine today and I believe I'm in store for some big gains with it. I guess I'll set my progress measure date to August, 15 2004. I'm shooting for 7.25" BP and 6.5" NBP(currently 6.25 NBP) and 5.125" EG @ midshaft. A quarter inch seems like a lot but this routine is pretty intense for me. Also I'm noting that I'm not going to blow my load on days where i do my GIRTH routine. Anyways today's sessions went really well. I had some trouble staying fully erect durning my nightly session mainly due to lack of focus. If this tends to happen more often I'll either do my erect portions in the morning where i find myself having more erections or take the time to free my mind before the session. I don't drop below 80% erect usually maybe it was just a one night thing. Nothing really to worry about right now. =o

Great log. Hope you see some results quickly. How do you like the erect tow's ? I've been doing dld blasters only for stretching lately. I was thinking about giving those a try.

Yea i hope i see gains quickly(that's what im shooting for). As for the erect tow's.. I think they are ok. I think they stretch my skin more than the internal chambers of my penis. But i believe little by little they will help me toward my goals. Also in earlier post on this forum i read that someone seen gains immediately from the erect tow stretches. I'm not sure who exactly it was but I thought i might as well give them a shot for a while. Are you gaining much from the blasters ?

This took around 30 minutes. I'll be doing my other half of my routine tonight.

P.S. for a good internal stretch i recommend doing tow stretches a quarter to a half twist. I believe this is a good tunica stretching exercise.

My penis was cooperating fully during my workout tonight. I got very hard during my erect portion and stayed hard during it. I'm considering up'ing my sets of erect tow's to 10 x 10 seconds with max intensity(all that i can handle). I'll consider this if im not satified with my length gains by my measure date.

I just went back to dld's fulcrum stretches for 50 seconds, and my bpfsl blasted up .3 in 2 days ! You should change your stretches from 30 seconds to 50, maybe that'll help.

Updating Routine:
I don't like the feel of the TOW stretches that much so im dropping those from my routine and V-stretches too. Over parts of the weekend i noticed when i got erect then started to come down from erections i had some pain in my penis. It was sort of a quick pain. Maybe it needs some rest. Also, on a good note, i measured around 1/8" more girth than normal on Sunday afternoon. I wish i could say the same for length. I've got a measure date coming up on the 15th.

I went very light on my routine today. I'll get my twisted tunica stretches in tomorrow. I'm going to keep my erect portion to a minimum because i think i need some much needed healing for some reason. I'm not doing my girth routine for the rest of the week.
 
I finally measured tonight and I currently stand at 7 1/8" BPenis EnlargementL x ~ 5.1" EG or so. My final week of the month i went really light with my routine to ensure that I got proper healing before my measure date. I figure I'll take the rest of this week off from Penis Enlargement then hit it hard Monday. Maybe some newbie stretches here and there during the rest of this week but that will be the extent of it. I basically gained around 1/8" EL and ~ 0.1" EG this past 4 weeks of Penis Enlargement. Gains are coming a lot slower since I gained that first quick 1/2" to 3/4" EL. I figure the plan for next 4 weeks will be the same as the previous with a few flaccid stretch exercises lengthened and a couple dropped. I'll see how this next 4 weeks goes then I will probably get a bib starter because i hate doing 60 second holds for manual stretches. I figure hanging will probably be more effective than manual stretches. Also to increase girth maybe do some constrictor/clamp exercises. I'm undecided on these two methods though. I'm just going to see how the next 4 weeks goes.

Tizzle, Good to hear you made some gains. Gains are funny, sometimes they come quickly and other times we can struggle for the smallest gain but stick with it, in the end it is BIGGER:)
