I can't really tell how much gains im going to get from this but today after my last set of width expansion i left the clamp on and edged some more. I was about 5.875 clamped girth at the circ scar, 5.625 clamped girth at midshaft, I measured the right aboved the clamp at 5.875. All this was hard girth not the puffy stuff. I usually have some fluid buildup under the glans after this routine also.
I've gained some noticeable base girth but i feel bigger gains are on the way with this routine. I like the width expansion sets mainly because once you lean back and see 2" of width it's like "WOW, i wish i had this all the time!".
I'm pleased with this routine atm simply because im getting no red spots from it. It's pretty easy but usually it takes over an hour to complete for me.

100 Wet Jelqs
100 Dual Erect Wet Jelqs
1 set of 6 30 second squeezes(at a different part of the shaft) while constricted every other 30 second interval. Started doing 4 of the midshaft squeezes using the triple horse squeeze method with one hand squeezing under the glans and the other at the midshaft. 2 Advanced horse Squeezes. Kept clamp on another 2 minutes.
90 seconds clamped uli hold with base hand under the clamp with left hand
60 seconds clamped uli hold with base hand under the clamp with right hand
Hot wrap
8 sets of width expansion (using the spine of a book while constricted) after 4 sets I reclamp.
1 set = 30 second press at base, midshaft, and below glans.
Left clamp on extra 5 minutes to measure post workout clamped girth.
