Measured again today and I measured 6.25" nbpel, I don't know if it was because Ive done length the day before yesterday that my EQ suffered and measured 6.125" NBPEL. Nonetheless the original measurement stands for the competition.

This competition is something that should be renewed over and over, it seems to be one of the best ways to keep Brothers involved with their training and pushing the intensity. Good work Rocky.

Thanks, it takes a lot of work to get these guys together lol posting on their threads, asking for their measurements, asking them to vote for someone etc. But it was worth it I think.

By the way do you have enough Length Masters to keep this competition going? I don't want you to feel obligated.

LOL overall I do hope I have lost some fat pad, but not from one day to the next.



Anyhow speaking of fatpads, I went to the gym for the first time since I fucked up my hands riding skateboard. I got done almost all the way through my chest/tris routine but when I went for the dips, it didn't feel right and on my second set the palm of my injured hand started to feel sensitive so I dropped it. Went to do some cable pull downs, and it was still sensitive... I wonder if I have some minor fractures on the palm of my hand and didn't know it. If I do, theres not much you can do about it anyways but wait for it to heal.

Indeed we do and it would be best to do this for a 60 day period since we already give out a tool per month already. I think this should be ongoing and renewed every 2 months.
 
I fucked up man, on the way back from work I stopped by Chipotle... Bad idea, that thing fell like a bomb in my stomach lol. Goes to show, taco trucks are not as bad as you think but Chipotle though... fak

Chipotle isn't THAT bad. Well, no worries. I'm going to reapproach training. I tested 5x5 starting strength, to PHUL, to 5-6 day one muscle a day routine but I find the best one for me is probably a 3x a week with focus on the big lifts. I love squatting and will most likely take squatting twice a week. Monday will be squat bench OHP, Wednesday will be deadlift pull ups row, friday squat bench OHP. Accessory lifts will be added but ima try and find a 3x a week routine that works best for me.

If I want excellent, authentic Mexican Food...I just eat where The Mexicans eat. Chinese, Japanese, Thai? More difficult cuz they're harder for me to discern :cool:
