Anyways my niggles.

Same routine but Ive been cracking up the intensity, the amount of force I can exert with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] is insane so I go by feel. But my workouts have been definitely getting more intense, I am a little disappointed that I did not hit this month with the same intensity as the ones before (hand injury, thanksgiving) so I am not expecting the same type of result but no doubt I must've gained. And now that the scabs on the palm of my hand are almost completely gone I will start going to the gym again.
