Today I noticed a weird bump on my shaft near the base. I am in inclined to think it is an ingrown hair, but I havent trimmed in a bit so I don't know. And though it definitely peak and it its more round than it is long you can kindof feel a short trail heading to the base... It is not red, and there is no pain but it is visible at plain sight. Not sure what to think of it. Hopefully the three legged all knowing encyclopedia of PE can give some insight on this bump.
