Overall today has been a good day, lately in New England there's been a lot of blizzards and shit going on. Which really affect my mood... I also caught a cold and I am soon to graduate from masters, I have a huge amount of loans waiting to be paid nothing has been paid or given to me. Ive missed a couple days of PE lately for various reasons, my girl from back home spotted a hickey on my neck while on Facetime. So I was feeling a bit overwhelmed but today is a sunny day and this sense of calmness and "chill the fuck out" has empowered me. Now I am not a particularly religious guy by any means, but I am also not a none believer, I do believe in god and being a good person. Being inconsistent gets to me a little bit, but I'll pick up hanging today again even though this week has been a little weak. BTW I got all the pieces for the snake hanger today so I'll be trying that out.

So bottom line I feel good, I hope you guys do too. I don't really share the complexity of my everyday issues on here as this is just a PE journal but I am sure all you have your own battles so I thought Id share this.

Hey man you should check out Stealth for Men (Google it). It lifts up your package and keeps you pretty well extended. I wear it to bed, can pee with it on, and it makes it look like I am rocking a monster where ever I go. They give you a few sleeves (lyrca) to extend / stiffen up as well. Get the head measurement size right or you are doomed.
 
Ok so I know you guys are waiting for the review on the Snake Hanger. Here it is...

Coming from the homemade bib hanger, this thing is amazing. The comfort is ridiculous, mind you I did not think the homemade bib hanger was uncomfortable but that is only cause I did not know better. The snake hanger is extremely comfortable because you can add serious padding to it, I used a sock and it worked like a charm. Before this I was hanging 8lbs but this hanger gave me the confidence to go for 12lbs so I did. I recommend this to anyone starting out in hanging I don't see how one can outgrow this, and I can buy all the parts for around 14 bucks like I did on ebay. If you are a newbie and are concerned about the length of the pipe clamp being 3" too long for your flaccid length let me tell you that is not a problem, my length last time I measured is as average as anyone else and it worked fine for me because the tru preassure point on this thing is at the bolt so aslong as you get your head to the other side of the bolt you are good.

ROCKY im 7 inches BPEL and even when id say i have gained, the skepticism gets into my head i have known about PE for years and i have fantasized a lot,what a fool i have been all of these years,and one of the reasons i havent gained and i havent enjoyed what i look for is my huge lack of confidence,having no confidence on me takes everything down..I do suggest you to exercise everyday for a reasonable period of time,learn everything you can,believe in yourself visualize yourself whit a 7 incher NBPEL,we have to be the ones to prove the bros that PE is a real thing....You should reach your goals and i should reach them too.peace:)
 
Seriously if you go to the Dr ask for some samples of Levitra. Cut the pills to just a 2.5 mg (usually 5 or 10 mg). I have no problems with EQ except when I am fatigued. I went limp once during a BJ and the girl was kinda pissed off. A little bit of that stuff about 20 minutes before you will be golden. I was using that when I was 30 (39 now) so just take a little bit and see how you react, you will be all up on that.
 
So I did an unofficial measurement today, I couldn't believe what I saw. I had to measure twice, now I wonder if I measured correctly the first time... But I must have because I measured multiple times the first time... Anyways its a surprise! Cause I am scheduled to measure this Sunday, and anyways it was probably not the best day to measure since I hung pretty hardcore yesterday and am probably a bit fatigued.

Never ever second guess a gain, ever! You did measure correctly and you are still measuring correctly. I can't wait for the results!
 
Thanks for the support DLD you've been on this journal from the start. BTW I am hanging 12lbs right now, like nothing lol I remember when 6lbs felt heavy. Also started doing sets of 30 mins like boohoohoo instead of 20.
 
I started at 5.8 and got to 7.3 BPEL in a few months. Now I'm down to 6.7 BPEL but I'm getting it back.

You're on the right track. Hanging, jelqs, and kegels. Don't stop at 7 though. Once you get a taste of being big, you'll want more. Plus if you stop PE altogether like I did you'll loose a portion of your gains.

Thanks for the support buddy, yeah I think 7" would be a good size for me but who knows maybe I will go a little further to make sure I cement that size. But yeah I need to do some kegels! I am not gonna take viagra guys, its not that serious I just wanna be super hard on command ;)

Lately as I hang heavier I am feeling the stretch deeper near the base sometimes near my thighs.

Excellent gains, the lost ones should return quickly and hopefully you can cement them this time.
 
Hung today 30min x 2 - 12lbs

Easy.

Official measurement scheduled for Sunday so I will probably not hang on Saturday to make sure I am not fatigued or anything.

P.S. Colombian chic coming over tomorrow, lets hope my hanging does not get in the way this time. If not then DLD stand by just in case I need to tag you in. LOVIN the snake hanger btw.

OFFICIAL MEASUREMENT:

I started at barely 5.25" NBPEL

And today after one month of hanging I am at just a hair under 5.5" NBPEL if I kegel a little bit I make just over 5.5" but for the sake of being 100% strict about this lets call it just under 5.5" with is about .20-25" gain in a month. I was surprised when I did the unoficial measurement earlier this week.

Starting routine 4lbs 3 sets of 20 mins.

Current routine 12lbs 2 sets of 30 mins.


Next goal 5.75" NBPEL

Hanging works. But I think you're making a newbie mistake. You're using too much weight and making your ligs too strong. Increase the length of your hanging sessions and make sure you never have an off day. The more exhausted your ligs get, the weaker they get, thus less resistance against stretch. Remember this isn't strength training, it's stretching.

I gained over an inch hanging and after 4 months of hanging I could barely do 10lbs for a 20 minute set. In my old routine I would do 4 to 7 sets of 20 minutes sets of hanging and a few sets of kettle bell hangs. Volume over intensity every time. I'll try digging up some old thread. There used to be a lot of info on this at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] but it seems to be lost. We were all hanging for long sessions with light weight over short sessions with heavy weight.

Thanks for the feedback, yes Ive heard about that trying to keep the weight low. Then theres Dash's hardcore hanging, which I am not doing by the way. It was not my intention to go after heavy weights as quickly as possible, I was more trying to keep the workouts within an hour because I do not have the luxury of dedicating more time into this due to the nature of my studies which will also cause me to have a couple of off days a month. I understand your point but I simply cannot dedicate too much time into this, thats actually the reason why I got into hanging because initially I was going to do a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] only routine but dedicating 6 hours of my day to this is out of the question for me. So this is sort of a dilema, unless I can pre exhaust my ligs before hanging some other way thats faster.

Thanks buddy, I was actually looking into that but I haven't found a good video that explains that excercise.

Thanks for the support guys, so yeah I don't think I will lower the weight. But maybe I will be more cautious and go back down to 20 mins, the snake hanger is just very confidence inspiring its soo comfortable.

Today I did a 20 min set at 12 lbs.
