Well did my first Penis Enlargement session in about a week last night and it was very productive.

Well again I've not been doing any Penis Enlargement over the last few months but still been looking on here.

Lastnight I did Penis Enlargement for the first time in ages and it was a great workout.
1. Warmed up and stretched
2. 10-15 minutes jelqing and got a good amount of expansion but also go abit of water retention under the glands
3. 5minutes clamping, now I don't have a cable clamp so I improvised and wrapped my tape measure round my dick a few times and pulled tight. It did work but I'm going to buy a cable clamp. I also added in a couple of bends to see how they felt and also tried (sure there called horse squeezes) where you squeeze the glands to trap the blood in the shaft.
4. 5min jelqing
Done
My dick looked awesome 10mins after it was fat and heavy and I measured it at 5.5 inch girth so good expansion. When I woke up this morning it was still bigger then usual so assuming its still water retention
