Of course you can but damn do they make a difference. I just got 200 pills in the mail last week and I am eating them like candy. I think I paid 1.80 a piece for them so for the price and the effect, I AM A FAN. I don't need them in anyway, I just love them.

Full duration with re-pumps every 5 minutes

I have both, but I tend to favor the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Depends on what you want quicker, length=FastSize, Girth=Bathmate.

Both are great at what they do. If you are looking for length gains go with the FastSize if you are looking to supplement your girth work go with the Bathmate.
 
I stay in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for the whole 20 minute duration and was going to increase this time frame to 25 minutes permanently and did 25 mins last session BUT than I released the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] isn't like conventional pumping, i.e. dry pumping as its Hydro and as you do it say daily or like me every other day than you will notice slight increases in size overtime and when you pump in the 20 minute session, you will see that you'll pack the tube quicker or become more harder or longer etc as I have been seeing SO I think its right what the makers say about not exceeding 20 minutes in one set, because in time with gradual building with intensity as you become larger with the better blood to the region you will be seeing larger growth in the 20 minutes and so wouldn't need more time. Does that make sense? I suppose that doing 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes at night would work okay but I wont be doing more than 20 in one set with this.

It will give minimal length gains using it is the traditional sense but what will pack on the length is after it is attached you can pull on the tube and it gives an unbelievable stretch.
