Well I think I should have started this a while ago, but better now than never I suppose.

I started really doing a dedicated Penis Enlargement routine in November of 2004. I started with manual stretching and stretched by pulling the head. Didn't exactly catch that I should pull from behind the head. After a few workouts, I realized that.

I bought a heating pad from Walmart to do my warm ups with. I have to use it almost constantly in between stretches or my dick just gets too tight. I use it before I start my Penis Enlargement of course. I am a grower and it would like to retract every second, if I don't keep it heated well.

So in my first month I started out at 5.25" NBP. I managed to gain .25" in November, so I was pleasantly pleased and my assurance that I can build a longer member rose greatly.

Mid December I went back home from college and barely got any workouts in. One stretch workout I tried to get in gave me a sharp pain in my t-vein so I called all Penis Enlargement off for break. Previously, in the start of the month I began some jelqs in the shower. I did maybe 50-100 each night. They really helped me get very strong erections. I began to do some ULI's with reverse kegals after stretching or jelqing. Those really swell my head up nice, but I can't say that I have gained much from that. Regardless, I like to get a full erection after my workouts. I think its a good idea. I'm sure its doing a little bit of work. I'll take what I can get.

What I did do successfully back home was some t-taping. It has helped me get more loose hanging skin. I would like to get to the point where I can pull the skin half to 3/4 of the way over my head, while erect. Thanks to Kongs post I realize that having more foreskin will also help my flaccid size, since my dong will be warmer. I can pull the skin over my head pretty well flaccid and just over my glans, while erect. I'm going to continue to work on this. I have never t-taped over 4 hours and thats how long I'm going to do it for tonight.

I think that pretty much covers everything, except for my goals. Just thought of that. Honestly, I will be very happy with 6" erect length. That's my short term goal, but my long term goal is 7". From reading the forums for a while now I am sure my big goal is attainable and I will strive to acceive it, but first comes first. 6" and no set backs. I have run into some problems from trying to start stretching before incorrectly. Now I know I am doing things right.

I haven't decided yet if I will focus on some more girth when I hit 6" or a little on the way. My jelqs might give me a little size there. I have gained girth I know from doing jelqs in the past, but I don't know how much. I do know 6" or close to it would be nice. I don't want to get too wide to where I can barely get head.

Well that's about it. I'm going to try and keep this up to date with every workout. :)

Got in a good half an hour of stretches. Stretches straight out seemed to do the best. Downward stretches were pretty tight. Got a good bone on afterwards and edged.

Forgot to add last night that I did four hours of T-tapping.

I started with half T-taping for two hours. I didn't want to waste two bandaids for just a couple hours. I got in a half an hour of manual stretching. My stretches staight down were better tonight. I was going to do some ULI's, but my dick was sore at the base from a bunch of sex over the weekend and my T-vein was swelled high in the normal places. It was mostly on the upper left and left side.

Friday 1/22 - I did some T-tapping from 11:30-4:30 (5 hours). At 8 P.M. I started my stretching. I did so for 50 minutes. Straight out stretches were working best for me as usual. At the end, while stretching outwards, I grabbed close to the base with my other hand and stretched towards my body. So in other words I was pulling in oppostie directions. I'm sure this has a name, but I can't think of it atm. Afterwards I did some edging and ULI's for about 10 minutes. My erection was super hard and looking nice, except for the swelling of the t-vein in small bumps like usual. I message this area while flaccid when I go to the bathroom and in between stretches some times. I think tomorrow is going to be an off day.
 
Saturday 1/22 - Yea I put the wrong date on Friday. Haha. I'm gonna log my whack off's, because people question whether or not they should, so by reading my logs and seeing how things turn out for me, that would be interesting I think.

I whacked off this morning and T-tapped for 4 hours. Didn't do any stretching. Oh and soneone answered my question on what kind of stretching I did that pulled the penis apart in a way and said its the Tug of War stretch, so I'll be calling it that from now on. I read about V stretches and think they will help me at mid shaft and think I am going to give them a shot.

Sunday 1/23 - Wacked off this morning. Did stretches for 25 minutes in the evening. My dick was pretty tight. I tried some V stretches and they felt good. Made my dick a little sore. Like I said, my dick was tight and I didn't get a good long stretch in really. I got an erection afterwards and did about 5 ULI's. My dick was worn out or not up to it one. I did not T-tape any.
 
Monday 1/24 - Got a good 30 minutes of stretching in the evening after my shower. I liked the V-stretches. Really get a good stretch in my mid shaft and makes it fatigued. Did some ULI's for about 5-10 minutes after stretching with a couple edges. Wanted to measure. I don't expect anything big, if anything I will be lucky. I'm holding off until the first of the month. :s
 
Tuesday 1/25 - Did Penis Enlargement before my shower and got a good 35 mintues of stretches in. Stretching down was pretty good tonight. V-stretches were good. I edged a couple times afterwards and did some ULI's. I jelqed a little in the shower afterwards, but its been hard for me to get a good wood in the shower lately. My dick just doesn't like water.
 
Wednesday 1/26 - I did 25 minutes of stretches in the early evening tonight. Stretches down were good, but straight out was really good and I did a few V-stretches. It was only a few, b/c my dick was pretty sore when I tried them. I was planning on doing another set after my shower, but I have some studying to do. I did a little jelqing in the shower. Some times, like tonight, the underside of my glans stings a little afterwards. Its not that bad. Maybe happens 5 times at most afterwards and the sting is only for a second. I'm not sure if it is something to be concerned with or not. I was going to buy some petroleum jelly today at Walmart, but there was just too many people there and I'm not comfortable walking up to the counter with it, in a small college town. I might head to Walgreens or Rite Aid and get some to avoid that.

I took digi pics of myself afterwards with a full wood. I compared them to pics I took back when I started and things are looking nice. Some day maybe I'll share them, but for now I'm just keeping me to myself. :)

Why, not? That's how I did it. I looked for the biggest damn jar they had and it was even more ackward than I could have imagined. There was an old man standing next to me, another old man next to him (they were looking at lotions) so I pretended to too. lol Then a woman comes by with a kid and her cart...We're all in the same aisle and I'm like trying not to sweat/burst out in laughter. So, finally after looking all serious at the backs of several water resistant lotions I pick up the biggest jar of vaseline and strolled on out of there. lol Then the cashier at a line where somehow I was the only one in line so I walked right up to the counter and plopped it onto the counter. lol She looked at me with a little smirk and then while handing me the bag said have a good time. Man, that's some bull...how is Murphy's Law just going to go in effect for this occasion?
 
Haha. That was a good laugh man. I dunno. Just the thought of some remote girl that I have class with, seeing me with a big ol' jar of vaseline is a little too embarrassing for me. lol At first I was looking at Miss You cards for my g/f and was going to get one and put the vaseline jar under it, but I thought that would seem even worse at the checkout. Miss you card to my g/f and a jar of whack off cream. lol

Thursday 1/26 - I did my stretches in the late afternoon for about 35 minutes. Afterwards I was going to do some flaccid wrapping with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE[/words] bandaging I picked up at Walmart the other day. I just couldn't get the wrap right. After 3 tries I said screw it. I bought some bandaids too, b/c I've stole too many from my roomate. The ones I got looked like they had big padding, but its real small and has some sticky area next to the pads I would have to trim off. I'm not going to use them. I'll pick up a different kind another day.
 
yeah, that card would have made things a little worse. I just figured if I was going to get the vaseline I might as well get the biggest one that way I don't have to do it again for like a year or two.

At least you are getting a workout in though I'm goign to try hanging for as long as it takes to get back to gaining. I ordered my Bib hanger the other day so I'm pysched.

Friday 1/28 - No Penis Enlargement.

Saturday 1/29 - No Penis Enlargement again. Whacked off. I feel kinda stupid loggin my whacks, but I figure since some people are always asking should they do it or not, I'll log it to let people know how I did things. I am pretty much only doing it on my off days. I find that after I get that release I don't have any desire to do Penis Enlargement at all.

Sunday 1/30 - Did about 35 minutes of stretching and a few ULI's afterwards. My size was appearing rather nice. I trimmed down there. That always makes it look a little better, but I think I see a little extra length and a bigger head. I'll find out in a couple of days. I hope I'll have a gain when I measure on Tuesday. I also whacked after my Penis Enlargement.

I would also add that my skin is covering more while flaccid. This is more apparant on days I wear boxer briefs.

Monday 1/31 - Well it was getting late and I was going to start my Penis Enlargement after I used the bathroom. While I was in there I decided to lightly massage behind my head, where one of my veins is really blue. The vein makes a V line straight down fron my glans where I always have a small blood blister on or around my Tvein. So its an upside down V. Anyways as I massaged it, it stung uncomfortably, so I'm not going to Penis Enlargement tonight. This area of my dick is very sensitive and swells from the stretching in bumps. I think some may be permanent, but I can live with that. I just don't want it to get worse, so I'll take it easy.

Tomorrow is measuring day. :)
 
Tuesday 2/1 - Well today was the day and I'm elated to report I'm 5.75" erect. I'm pretty stoked. Its hard to believe, but I barely made it. I don't want to jinx myself, but the next .25" may come a little harder. I hope not at least, but I kinda feel it. Oh well; I'll do what it takes. 3 months and half an inch. I have to be doing something correct right? :)

I stretched for 40 minutes and did some ULI's afterwards. Then I got off after that. I'll be getting some this weekend and don't want to be going in with that full tank. :)
 
Wednesday 2/1 - I did some stretching for about 40 minutes. This was while I watched a basketball game, so it was not a hardcore 40 minutes. I did a few ULI's like usual. Afterwards I used an ice cube on the tvein area and alternated with the heating pad and light massages. I did this b/c of the hard/ veiny bumps I get in that area.
 
Wednesday 2/2 - Planned on doing Penis Enlargement, but too much real life stuff to deal with.

Thursday 2/3 - Got in 20 good minutes of stretching.

Friday 2/4 - Went home for the weekend.

Saturday 2/5 - Got to get some. :D Could really tell the difference in my size when thrusting. It was great. Her pussy hadn't got that wet in a long time. :D

Sunday 2/6 - G/f commented on my flaccid size. She actually thought I was getting a wood, but it was just looking good flaccid. I get a little bit bigger than usual flaccid after sex. Monday 2/7 - Stretched for a good 35 minutes. My downward stretches are feeling really good and straight out is not doing as well as usual. Not sure what's up with that. Did a little edging and some good ULI's afterwards.
 
Tuesday 2/8 - Did straight down stretches for 20 minutes at lunch. Later in the evening I did straight down stretches for 10 minutes and then straight out and to the side stretches for 20 minutes. After that I did edging and ULI's for 20 minutes. It was a great day for Penis Enlargement.
 
Wednesday 2/9 - Did my Penis Enlargement in the early afternoon. Straight down stretches for 10 minutes, followed by 20 minutes of stretches straight out and to the sides also. Afterwards I edged and did ULI's for about 25 minutes.
 
Damn that reminds me...I got to do some girth work tonight if I can. Might do a couple hundred wet jelqs after I finish a paper.

Thursday 2/10 and Friday 2/11 - Didn't Penis Enlargement. Got caught up in other things.

Saturday 2/12 - Did stretches for 30 minutes and 20 minutes of ULI's and edging. Oh and I cheated. Took out the ruler, b/c I was looking for a little confidence for some reason. I am a little past 5.75 erect length now. :D I'm not going to do that any more though, b/c its not my intentions to break out the ruler whenever. I want to keep my measurements on the 1st so I don't get side tracked.

Sunday 2/13 - Did stretches for about 35 minutes in the evening.
 
Monday 2/14 - Stretched for 20 minutes and focused on stretching from about mid shaft. I think I'm going to continue this for a little while and take a break from the ULI's. My tvein bumps are flarring up a little.

Nah stopping won't help them go away. When I first got started a while back and had to quit I gave it three months and I still saw no signs of them disappearing all together. Just really sensitive I guess.

Could turn out for the better. Maybe giving it more dedicated stretching from the mid shaft for a little while will turn up some good things.

Monday 3/14 - Stretched for only 10 minutes from mid shaft. Directions were mainly down and out. Right bottom side of my cock just started itching and was sensitive. That's why the session was short.
 
Thursday 2/16 - 20 minutes of stretching at mid shaft.

Friday 2/17 - No Penis Enlargement. Sex instead. :D

Saturday 2/18 - No Penis Enlargement

Sunday 2/19 - Got some head in the morning. :D 20 minutes of stretching from mid shaft and normal stretch location later that evening.

Monday 2/20 - 20 minutes of stretching.

I feel that I will probably have a small gain on erect length at measuring time, but the most I'm getting out of this month is a better flaccid length.
 
Tuesday 2/22 - I will start to get dates right one of these days. LMAO. No Penis Enlargement tonight. I'm entirely worn out and think my donkey could use a day off. Back at it tomorrow for sure though. Probably do my routine in the afternoon.

Tuesday 3/1 - Did 20 minutes of stretching. Sad to have missed those days and I measured with not EL gain. I think my flaccid has improved, so I can be happy for that. Life goes on.
 
hey, I've had at least 4 different measure dates that I've seen come and go without any sort of gains. I know what the feeling can be like, but just stretch on man.

Matter of fact I gotta rest my guy for a bit here tomorrow. Only had 1 day of rest since I started hanging just over 3 weeks ago.

Wednesday 3/2 - This semester is really flying buy. I just now realized that. Where does the time go? Anyways, I stretched for 25 minutes and I felt sore from yesterdays workout so that is good.
 
yeah and I am wondering if I have found out my problem...maybe a one on one off routine works best for me...it is the only schedule that has worked for me...albeit the gains came during what would be considered my time as a newbie, but maybe it just so happened to be that it coincided with it, but still is in fact what works best for me...I'll give this considerable thought. I guess sometimes it just takes that one guy to tap you on the shoulder and ask "hey, isn't that overdoing it?"
 
Yep. I'll agree with that. And I'm sure you have read those stories about good things that happen with time off. I actually measured again earlier, b/c I just didn't think my measure on the 1st seemed right. I cheated in February, measured before time and was 2 knotches over 5.75. My measurement a little while ago was that same little stretch over 5.75 so I'll take it. :)

Friday 3/4 - I stayed up late tonight to get my workout in. I did a good 20 minutes of stretching and edged afterwards. Reverse kegals filled my donk up more tonight than ever before. There really wasn't any point in doing ULI's with the expansion I was getting. It was great.
 
Sunday Night 3/6 - Stretched for 25 minutes. Felt kinda sore. My fsl was really nice tonight. Did some edging and few ULI's afterwards. Took some pics with my digi. I've been doing that every so often. Just too pussy to post them in the picture section. Maybe I will some time.
 
Monday 3/7 - No workout.

Tuesday 3/8 - Did some stretches, but my dick was very tight and I got a sharp pain above my left ball so I stopped there for sure. Prolly take the new few days off. :(

How does the pain feel now that some time has passed? If it still present? It is smart to stop immediately when you feel sharp shooting pain because this is the body response to something being very wrong. Sometime it is a warning sign and others it may be because of an injury. You can usually decipher the difference after a few hours seeing if the pain is still present.
 
Monday 3/15 - Finally back into the swing of things. Its been almost a week and my dick was very tight. It took 20 minutes just to get to good stretches. That can be frustrating, but I was good not to pull to hard when it was tight. So I stretched for about 25 minutes. I edged and did a few ULIs like usual. Its good to get back into the swing of things, but spring break is coming up at the end of the week and I'll miss another week of Penis Enlargement.
