Well I think I should have started this a while ago, but better now than never I suppose.
I started really doing a dedicated Penis Enlargement routine in November of 2004. I started with manual stretching and stretched by pulling the head. Didn't exactly catch that I should pull from behind the head. After a few workouts, I realized that.
I bought a heating pad from Walmart to do my warm ups with. I have to use it almost constantly in between stretches or my dick just gets too tight. I use it before I start my Penis Enlargement of course. I am a grower and it would like to retract every second, if I don't keep it heated well.
So in my first month I started out at 5.25" NBP. I managed to gain .25" in November, so I was pleasantly pleased and my assurance that I can build a longer member rose greatly.
Mid December I went back home from college and barely got any workouts in. One stretch workout I tried to get in gave me a sharp pain in my t-vein so I called all Penis Enlargement off for break. Previously, in the start of the month I began some jelqs in the shower. I did maybe 50-100 each night. They really helped me get very strong erections. I began to do some ULI's with reverse kegals after stretching or jelqing. Those really swell my head up nice, but I can't say that I have gained much from that. Regardless, I like to get a full erection after my workouts. I think its a good idea. I'm sure its doing a little bit of work. I'll take what I can get.
What I did do successfully back home was some t-taping. It has helped me get more loose hanging skin. I would like to get to the point where I can pull the skin half to 3/4 of the way over my head, while erect. Thanks to Kongs post I realize that having more foreskin will also help my flaccid size, since my dong will be warmer. I can pull the skin over my head pretty well flaccid and just over my glans, while erect. I'm going to continue to work on this. I have never t-taped over 4 hours and thats how long I'm going to do it for tonight.
I think that pretty much covers everything, except for my goals. Just thought of that. Honestly, I will be very happy with 6" erect length. That's my short term goal, but my long term goal is 7". From reading the forums for a while now I am sure my big goal is attainable and I will strive to acceive it, but first comes first. 6" and no set backs. I have run into some problems from trying to start stretching before incorrectly. Now I know I am doing things right.
I haven't decided yet if I will focus on some more girth when I hit 6" or a little on the way. My jelqs might give me a little size there. I have gained girth I know from doing jelqs in the past, but I don't know how much. I do know 6" or close to it would be nice. I don't want to get too wide to where I can barely get head.
