Did some light stretching this morning and added 15 sets of DLD Blasters. Wow! My PC muscle was crying and that's 15 sets! Haha! I actually could have gone longer but I don't want to over do it because I have another session tonight, so I'm gonna throw more in there again. Late post but I did my daily stretch routine yesterday Feb. 4, 2013. I Reverse Kegeled for as much stretches as I could and I was fatigued after again. Felt really good! This time when I did Mandingo Stretches I felt it in my inner penis and ligaments for both sides.

Question: is my FSL the same as my NBPenis EnlargementL? Cause my FSL is 6.50. The reason I ask is because when I last measured my EL I was only at 85-90% erect, not at full. But when ee my full EL it looks the same as my FSL. Just curious.

Didn't do my normal routine, but I did do BTC, Mandingo, A and V stretches today before going in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for two 5 min sessions. I am an actor in college so I had rehearsals that ran super late so I'm glad I got something done at least. Tomorrow I will try my regular routine, which may be difficult because I have performances tomorrow and saturday so hopefully I can Penis Enlargement somewhat to keep my head in the game and not lose valuable training time.

A little late in posting. Haven't done my normal routine the past 2 days because of performances, but I did my stretch session this morning since I had time. I've been taking L-Arginine because I heard it helps with circulation. It seems to because my flaccid hangs even in the cold and my erections are painfully hard. I did something quite different than usual tonight. I decided to masturbate then stretch just to see how it would go and to my surprise my ligaments were much more stretchy and pliable. I could feel the burn and stretch in each stretch that I did. I Reversed Kegel in as many stretches as I can. The burn has been much more noticeable and the feeling lasts for a day, I feel that I'm about to gain soon so I'm gonna keep up the intensity. Another thing, I read in a few forums that Erect stretching helps convert BPFSL to El. So I incorporate about 3 min of total Erect stretching. BE CAREFUL when doing these stretches. It's not the same as pulling your flaccid penis so be mindful and listen to your body. If there is any bit of pain, back off immediately and ease into it.

Normal Kegel routine but only did 3 sessions today. PC muscle is getting stronger everyday. I can hold my 1 min squeezes much easier.

I now use a hot sock pad before I go to sleep at night after my routine. Not too sure if that's helping cement my gains or whatever, but if feels really nice and it keeps my penis warm and hanging thoroughly the night.

I never thought to use those. I'm using latex gloves, no baby powder. It works fine, but I guess using the same gloves for 2 months isn't the greatest of ideas. Ill look into baseball gloves.

Great session! I was really pulling harder today. I felt that even if the intensity was there I can't back down from the stretch. Great stretch session! I decided to break up the basic stretches from the advanced stretches today. BTC stretches (all directions)
A-stretch
V-stretch
Mandingo stretches
45 second holds

Great stretch session. Did full intensity w/ Reverse Kegeling and there was no pain, save for the stretch pain in the ligaments that let me know I did good!

Did 10 mins of flaccid jelqing afterwards then wrapped up for an hour.

1min holds!? I'm still tryna get past 30sec holds!

Haha! You'll get there man. I have a decent grip so I can hold for about 40 seconds without it slipping, but for these holds I use latex gloves. Plus I try to sqeeuze out as much as I can out of the basic stretches.

Oh wait are you talking about regular stretches or [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stretches?
 
Regular stretches. I would have HCS for Hardcore Stretches haha! Sorry about the mix up. I haven't done HCS this week cause of some pain I've experienced, you'll see the story in my thread. But I plan to do them next week. 30 sec holds are just fine for me haha! Those stretches are super intense, I don't want to overdo it.

Changed up my routine today. Nothing wrong with the routine I had before, but I felt like I needed to add a bit more intensity to my routine. I'm going to keep it like this and see how things go. Definitely left my penis feeling fatigued.

Did 20 min flaccid jelq session! Proud, because I've been neglecting the jelqing for a little while. But I'm back on it again and I'm staying at 20 mins for the remainder of the week then bumping to 30 mins 2x a day. Once in the morning midway through [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]UJW[/words] and after my stretch session.

Did visualization most of the day. Its going well and I can see that I'm gaining and my penis is getting longer and bigger. I know by June or July ill be rocking an 8" in my pants. I can see it, believe it, and I WILL achieve it.

Great day today. I know that I've been needing to get my jelqing in order so I'm making sure I do a lot of it. Very important to fill those torn tissues from my stretching.
Penis is getting longer I can tell. It will be at my goal soon enough, until then I'm going to keep workimg hard at it.

Hey Pendelum, the longest I've gone for in my entire Penis Enlargement career was 50 min. It was a challenge staying somewhat erect but I was able to do it, then I stopped Penis Enlargement so I'm gradually pushing back into it.

The expansion was beautiful and that was my Penis Enlargement day cause I had a lot to do so I had to do what I could.

I guess I over did my girth routine because I could not get an erection for the life of me. What?! I've been off Penis Enlargement for this entire month. I've been really sick and I didn't do anything. But next week ill be returning harder than ever.
 
Sometimes having a break can be beneficial in terms of gains when you come back. Im sure it's quite a mental game though as ive been therebthere before.

Very much so! To many men who have found themselves on a plateau, the release from this usually is a break and return to basics. Spend a week or two playing with basics, relaxing and planning a return attack. This always gets my head in a good place and ready for a new start.
 
Alright guys.. So I've decided to undergo a huge experiment. So many guys are asking which is better and what works faster? Well I've decided to see what works faster and better for my body. I'm a huge fan of stretching, I will atest that stretching brought me great results, nearly an inch in a month. But, I wanted to see what worked better. So for the next 6 months I will see what brings me the best results.

The first 3 months will only consist of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], Jelqing (30-60% erection) for 50 mins, heat, and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]UJW[/words]. 6 on 1 off.
The next 3 months will consist of just stretching, heat, and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]UJW[/words]. I will see which brings faster and prominent results to me. I will be recording my progress with pictures this time.
I will upload my starting stats pic tomorrow. Keep in mind, I'm only going for length first, then girth. So no girth stats just length. Erect and flaccid.
I am, of course, still going for my humble 2 inches, but I have plenty of time so I wanted to experiment and see what's best for Bishop. I will also be eating better and exercising daily, which is an important factor in Penis Enlargement. I will also be continuing my Kegel routine, if you don't know what my routine looks like its posted in the previous threads.
Now, just because it works for me doesn't mean it'll work for you. You have to find your own routine that brings you the results you desire. So, wish me luck!
