had my first session. bout two and a half hrs. wrapped wit [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words]. didnt feel much outside of a lil loss of feeling in the head. prolly need to add bars for a tighter stretch
