I know all this, but would it make a difference if I do 50 one-second squeezes or simply holding the squeeze for 50 seconds?
The intensity is the same, the difference is that the penis doesn't get expanded again and again and again but remains for the same time extremly engorged. I don't know to much about penis anatomy and stuff but the pain in the glans is the same as is the engorgement, what seem to be positive signs to me.
The big advantage (for me) is that I'm able to get this maximum expansion through the whole exercise. If I do squeezes it get's hard for me to get the rock hard erection needed for this exercise after 35-40 squeezes.
