Guys thx alot ! Your help means alot to me !
Especially Aares , thx for reminding me of that special *.pdf.
I had it backed up somewhere but forgot about it.
In fact it is the best, newest information the penis blood system EVER. I read it again , and got some things in perspective. I was really shocked , cos I learned something , that somehow slipped my attention through all these years....
What I used to think was , that with the second injury I somehow broke my corpus spongiosum , and that this was/is the reason for it not filling up completely and quickly loosing blood...
shit just out of the blue I did a self test , yesterday.
very simple stuff :
got 100% erect , squeezed the pc muscle, crossed my legs , all to aid in achieving a full erection...ok next step was I opened the legs , let the pc muscles loose and stopped the stimulation...well the corpus cavernosum chambers are ok and stay hard for a more or less normal time , but the corpus spongiosum instantly deflates , and so does half of the head....
next step...got hard...did everything again , only this time when I released the pressure of legs + pc muscle , i placed my thumb on top of my dick (close to the base and right on the deep dorsal vein+nerves) and the right index finger of thesame hand on the corpus spongiousum...
ofcourse the head deflated much much slower....
and then it fuckin struck me out of nowhere...this is the way to see if its the spongiosum or not..
i got hard again repeated everything...and the only thing I did this time was to press down hard with my thumb directly at the base on the deep dorsal vein (basically shutting down its outflow) and BANG ! the head deflated as slow as if I used the index finger on the spongiousum too , wich i did not in this test !!!!
I did the opposite test , and only pressed the spongiosum , without the dorsal , and of course the head deflated instantly again...
in short words... I definetly DO have a massive blood leak through the deep dorsal vein. Revascularization is out of question obviously , so that makes me a perfect candidate for complete ligation of all superficial and deep veins !
excellent...! Atleast now I know what to do !
that *.pdf btw says the same thing...
"The beginning deep dorsal vein, which is the derivate of
the second venous collector, gives the head of penis veniplex.Divided by connective tissues trabecules, veins of the head of the penis, which on shears imitate cells of cavernous tissue, sequentially merge from small-sized in larger and leave from under crown on the back of the organ. These trunks also shape the head of penis veniplex, which lies between deep fascia of the penis and white of cavernous bodies. The quantity of the venous trunks can vary from two up to seven."
Yup ! the deep dorsal vein gives the head veniplex...obviously way to much...that also means that my spongiousum is not broke.
The only thing left to decide , is what kind of operation technique to go with, when dealing with the deep dorsal vein...the old school , cut at the base and remove a part of the vein technique ? Or the newer embolization surgery ?...
the superficial veins are no problem...
and the question remains , with all vein removed , how the hell will the blood leave my dick then ? i asked the doc the same question , but don#t remember what he said exactly , he said it would still leave normally...dunno..maybe i#ll talk him into cuttin all vein and leaving only one single , superficial vein , just incase some freaky pripism developes
Damn that gives me alot of hope for complete recovery from this shit !!! in exactly 7 days I'll know for sure !!!! i#ll keep you informed..I wrote the doc an email with my new finding and will report back when he answers..
thx guys for helpin out...pls check what kind of deep dorsal ligation technique is the best..? probably it will come down to : what is the doc willing to do anyways...
