it sure does...i believe it's mental/psychological for most people. i would guess very few people have an actual medical condition that causes bad EQ.

I think the mental cause of mine is premature ejaculation leading to frustration, or making me feel like a lousy husband.Then that makes you try to psych yourself into not getting to mentally aroused during sex, then over thinking during sex...then the mind gets going and its a vicious cycle!

Combine all that with the fact that i am a crazy over thinker and i analyze.............vwalla!!! EQ effected by the most powerful weapon in the world....the human mind
 
I completely agree with you, grape! But controlling your mind is FAR harder than just taking a pill and thinking you've solved the problem. :) Hard, it is (yoda voice)
 
If you haven't already read Penis of Steel. Thats all you really need. I haven't read through this whole thread but some other things to look at is physical health. Having an erection means you need good blood flow so work on making your heart stronger. A healthy diet will help too. Smoking will also cause erection problems because of the vasoconstriction it causes.

The main cause with you is probably mental since you're on the young side. You need to view sex/masturbation as fun and not put too much pressure on yourself to perform. Having an understanding partner helps too. A year ago I started experiencing EQ problems but my girlfriend at the time was okay with it. I still was a little ashamed but I tried not to beat myself up about it or concentrate too hard to get hard. I just focused on the feeling and on having fun. After a few weeks of doing kegels again, working out, relaxing I was back with my A game

I just threw an eye on the ebook and from what I saw- it is no different than what is recommended here. In fact here you can find much better information. The formula listed there is just taking 5-6 different supplements a day and strengthening the PC muscles. Here on the site there are lots of different exercises and routines (not just ordinary 5 sec. kegels), plus, taking 5-6 different types of supplements (herbs as in the book) will not only cost a lot, but will make your body adapt to the supplementation and become dependent on it. I still haven't read it (I will tomorrow), but this is what I saw after 30 sec. check and my own opinion. :)

Take it or leave it. A 30 second review might be good but thats my recommendation because I have used it or books like it and I think it offers concise advice on the topic. I seem to remember it having different routines that will be effective especially the towel raises. Ballooning and Edging will help with getting and keeping an erection as well.

What ive been doing the last month:
-attempting to jelq and do kegels every day
-havent self ejaculated since may 9th
-whey protien with fresh garlic once a day
-L citruline and arginine every nite

Specifically the last week:
DAY 1- two hundred 5 second kegels, minimal towel raises, a bunch of quick jab kegels (ones that take less than a second)
DAY 2- 15 mins jelqing in AM about 8 hours of silicone cock ring (mild srt i guess), over 1500 quick jab kegels
DAY 3- 15 min jelq in AM, 1000 quick jab kegels, about 6 hours lite cock ring
DAY 4- 15 min really slow jelqs and some SSJ mixed in, 6 hours cockring, two hundred 5 second kegels
DAY 5- 15 min jelq, cockring 6 hours, 1000 jab kegels
DAY 6- 15 min jelq, cockring for about 9 hours, cumulative 20 mins of kegels ranging from 5-20 seconds per kegel, 200 seconds worth of towel kegels, 30 mins of hand stretching
DAY 7- an outstandin 15 min jelq session followed by 5 min SSj, 1000 quick jab kegels, 90 mins length work immediately followed by 1000 more quick jab kegels with heatpad

It may not matter to anyone, but i just thought i'd post what ive been doing the last week. maybe i can tweak it and make it better with advise. but im feeling rather stiff today ;)

Thanks man, i'd like to work up to 30 mins straight jelqs per day and 3000 kegels a day (wether they are quick jabs or long holds)

This will be the foundation of my Penis Enlargement, any added girth/length i gradually gain over the years will be a bonus.

Though it may be 95% temporary, i'm up 1" in length and 1/4 in girth since i started in november. But way way better hard-ons
 
It's not 95 % temporary, but if you continue for a few to several months it should be cemented. Those are some really nice gains, grape! Keep up! :)
 
Sorry for the delay curr, been wildly busy and I forgot about this thread honestly. I was taking 2 to 3 cloves of fresh organic garlic, depending on the size of the cloves.

Because live has been so busy, I have fallen off a little. I'm gonna try my strict 15 minutes plus jelqing everyday and 1000 plus Ks everyday. Been on this routine for 2 weeks at the moment. I'll report back how my 50 day expire meant goes without supplements.

How has everyone's EQ
been lately, sticking with or changing routines?
