cool, unfortuneatly i am doing a no fap and the misses had to take a impromptu business trip - so i dont have a reason to try to have an erection (hopefully some unexpected morning wood comes by) in the meantime, i am going to keep taking a teaspoon of cayenne and some garlic daily and see how it helps.

I'm trying to figure out if my EQ problem isnt vascular. I dont think its a soft tunica (THANKFULLY!!!!!) because the occasional morning wood and my hard on during foreplay is incredibly rigid....so much so that if i try a basic jelq, i cant squeeze it hard enough to push any blood toward the glands. my shaft stays like a rock and my ok grip just slides right up. (that's even a dry jelq)

But here's the problem, i dont keep that hard for long, I am solid as rock during foreplay, but much like currensy i lose it when i change positions. I'm curious if mine is blood circulation in general? ive always had cold fingers and toes....I mean my whole life!

So i'm grateful that my tunica doesnt seem to flexible and that i do have the capability to get a hard on you could hang a wet towel on.....but the problem is i cant keep it hard for very long.

Without commenting definitively on anyone's situation, I'd like to add that one should never underestimate the role of performance anxiety in situations like this. I went through a period last year where I always had shitty EQ during sex... I was fine when I jerked off but I'd always lose my erection while having sex. The first few times it happened I think I was simply too drunk, but after that it sort of cascaded into me expecting it to happen every time, which of course it did.

Getting back into Penis Enlargement etc. improved this but I think it was more because it restored my confidence. The full erections I'd get by myself became fuller and harder, which let me feel more aggressive in bed instead of worrying about the chump feeling of going soft.

Your level of physical fitness might be a factor...for example, if you find it too difficult or exerting to fuck a girl for an extended period of time. But if you can get a very hard erection to jerk off or jelq then it stands to reason that your problem is more psychological than physical.

I have the same problem- have an erection and can't keep it for very long. This have been improving ever since I started taking kegels seriously, though.

I am going to do a 1 month case study. (on my crazy self LMAO)

For 4 weeks I will skip all enlargement exercises, and all jerking off. I will strictly focus on a set of natural and healthy for your body in general supplements. 4 when i wake up and 3 in the afternoon.

Then i will do 150 kegels a day. each kegel will be 5 second holds, half regular, half reverse.

In this four week span i will record; morning wood, when i randomly get 50 percent hard on through out the day, how my erection quality is during sex, rigidity and how long the good hard on lasts.

I will wait a few days to start in case someone has really good input. I'll recap my plan.

in AM ginseng; green tea, ginger, ginko bilboa
in afternoon;salmon oil, cayenne, garlic
75 reverse kegels a day (5 second holds)
75 regular kegels (5 second holds)

Any suggestions on supplements and kegel routine would be welcome.
 
Nice to hear you are willing to experiment, grape! But as far as EQ goes, exercise can improve it. Take a look at the EQ link at my signature. This is info gathered from the archives- a summary of EQ problem threads and advices I did.

I have not heard of downfalls of 1000+ kegels a day (it is impossible if you count number and duration). Ever since I started doing the 1k+ kegel a day routine my EQ improved significantly in 3-4 days. But, if you want you can add some other kegel exercises
1- If you jelq do it in upward and downward direction (this will strengthen the pelvic muscles)
2- Kegel while erect
3- Kegel while erect with a light weight (towel) on your penis- it is like it is a bicep doing curls LMAO
4- I find my strongest kegel to be the one that hold my semen from coming out. When I edge and get the feeling that I am coming, I max power kegel- insane intensity compared to my daily kegels. If you do not want to jerk, you can still edge (without rewarding yourself at the end of the workout with a nice orgasmic ejaculation)

The kegels- I advise you not to count them. Ever since I stopped counting and started just doing them- I not only do more, but do not get 70% of my focus on counting.
The reverse kegels- it is something that got into my head last week or so. I asked DLD if it was ok to RK to keep balance with normal kegels and he said that the only purpose of RKs is during a routine (stretching, pumping etc.) and during sex (to fix premature ejaculation).

Cows milk has growth hormone in it which heals the tissues, and garlic is natures viagra. Also edible peppermint and whey protein powder works great, i took it at night and work up next day with a teenage boner.
 
I like the idea of not concentrating on the exact # of kegels. I'll try the towel method, sounds intense ....and for a while i'll prob only be able to do a few before i lose 100% (which is ok, that's why i am doing this)

Are you recommending skipping the herbs? or just giving advise on the kegels? (all be it excellent advice)

I thought RKs during the day are good for premature ejaculation. So its to be used actually during sex then?

Do you do specific amounts? and have you tried garlic pills vs fresh garlic? I can handle garlic, I love it in my food. just curious.

The herbs... do as you like. I am on herbs right now (some strange pills the doctor told me to use) and combining with kegels. It sure works for now. In two days there will no longer be herbs left and I will only kegel. But I advise you to take some if you feel like it. And if it is a herb (natural) it is even better. You can try the garlic thingy (it'd be better to eat this before bed, cause your breath is gonna be a little...... garlicky LMAO)

yes they can be, thats how you can get 1000s in a day.. i keep hearing from multiple people that erect kegels are even better.
I was on the garlic/milk thing for a week. havent had sex to report on the chubby yet. however monday i switched to a whey protein shake with the garlic for extra punch. i'll let folks know soon.

According to me it goes like this:
1-Mentality-90%
2-Kegels- 7%
3-Sport and diet- 2%
4-Jelquing- 0,7%
5-Pumping- 0,3%

Obviously I think that 90% of Erectile Dysfunction is just mental. I think that the above mentioned (the rest 10%) are really effective, but when each of them is compared to mentality, they lose by far. If I had to list them without mentality it would go like this:

1-Kegels- 60% Kegels help provide blood flow and good vascularity to the penis (the pelvic floor muscles play the most vital role in EQ), which is vital for a good EQ. For me they are by far the best exercise available.
2-Sport, diet and lifestyle- 30% Having the everyday stress out of the picture, I think we can assume that good EQ means good health and good health (no smoking, drinking or drugs)means that you care about your body and exercise it regularly and keep your diet in touch. Exercise will not only give you overall health benefits, but will also improve vascularity and blood flow too. Diet- the same- good health and is closely related to EQ.
3-Jelquing- 7%- This has helped me and I see the improvements. Don't think that this is not important- it is of big importance, but for me- when compared to the others- it plays a smaller role.
4-Pumping- 2%-This I have not tried myself, but I have read of some feedback on it. Not everyone gets results in improved EQ (at least from what I've read) ,but some actually do.
5-Edging- 1%- Keeps the penis in a state where blood flow is much more than when relaxed.

This would be my list. The things that I have tried have worked for me. The reason I give kegels so much credit is because I have seen the improvements and I think that they played the biggest role in my improvement. Jelqing helped too, but I don't feel it was of such a big importance such as kegels. The others- I've read through the forum and it is based on the feedback I've read people give. Hope this helps you. :)
