Sweet, what you think about the IGf-1 LR3?
To be honest I don't really know anything about IGF-1. I had read it was a big hormone, but I didn't even know that growth hormone was a precursor to it.
My plan is more to go on roids when I'm older. Like say I'm 50, and don't have to worry about the side effects that much, plus can see a bigger gain.
I also don't think the side effects of most steroids are as bad as most say. I've seen guys who have been on steroids a long time, and they are fine.
The body is very resiliant. It has lots of mechanisms to stay alive and functional, its pretty hard to mess it up. The type of guys who get messed up, take things to ridiculus extremes.
This one guy I was reading about, was going for Mr. Olympia. He had the body of superman.. the comic version. He was nailing every woman in the gym, and many others in the city.
He was making insane gains on the weights, and eating like a pig, but gaining no fat. However it turns out he was taking 3 times the amount of steroids that they give to a race horse. Horses are over 1500 pounds. And the race horses get classic steroid problems later on, because the owners just want to win the races, so they don't stay at safe levels.
This guy was able to take so much, because it turns out his workout partner was a vetrenarian. Oh ya he never bothered cycling them, he just stayed on them for 2.5 years straight.
Having said that, I know of some guys who were on steroids abusing them for quite a while, and haven't taken them for many years, but have no real side effects.
