I first started to write this post as a response to this thread: 🔗 Loosing weight appetite control.
But I pretty soon realized that I was way outside of the thread topic, and the forum topic. So I needed to post it in this forum instead.
This post is intended to help @andypandy and other brothers that are struggling with different kind of mental hardships to reach their full potential in life. I'm not saying that everything in this post will relate and be beneficial to @andypandy.

@andypandy, here is a thread I started about the 20:4 diet I'm doing.
🔗 Tried 20:4 diet?

I was over 120 kilogram (~265 lb) body mass weight when I started my penis enlargement journey, now I'm at ~94 kg (~207 lb) body mass weight right now.
If you look at my first videos and my most recent ones you see a clear difference.

Just a description of why I was so heavy, "click"/press the button to read it.
The reason for my excess body mass weight was due to power-lifting (lifting as much weight as I could). And in order to do this I needed both extreme amounts of muscle mass and fat on/in my body.
I was eating excess amounts of food to be able to sustain this among of muscle mass. Mass lifts mass, it's simply true. Now I have really slimmed down my body, and I have no more knee pain. Still strong.

I know you can do the same with your body as I did, I believe in you brother (I'm not just saying that).
You are here for a reason. You will change more then your penis size, that is: if you allow the change to happen. Personally after joining MOS I'm a completely different man. It's amazing.
We also have a forum called (the forum you are in now):
🔗 Mental Penis Enlargement Forum.
This is the most important part of every man's penis enlargement journey. We need to look at ourselves as someone that is a winner, for penis enlargement to work. This mindset allows you to never consider plan B, there is not even a plan B.

The only plan that exists is plan A, and plan A will get you to the best version of yourself.
You need to trust the process before the miracle is going to happen (miracle = penis growth happening/personal development is happening).
But there is different paradigm on this, and this is that:
- You are already enough. You already have everything inside of you to accomplish everything you desire for yourself and your life.

The starting in every change is the hardest part, and also to find a lifestyle that works for you. But when you have implemented it all into your life, it will be easy to keep it going, as long as you keep going. This was the process for me as well when I started with penis enlargement...starting and to keep it going was really hard. Even to this day I feel resistance when I clamp down into the LengthMaster 3.0, don't know why? But it's there (I wan't to be completely honest about this). But the important thing to do then is just to keep going, to follow the "fear" and resistance will not help you.

I have heard this statement:
Fear is your guide into freedom. Follow the fear.

I think this statement is really good to have back in our mind. No matter what it is about, if you redefine your FEAR and just push through your fear then on the other side of fear, you will experience freedom.
It doesn't matter if it relates to penis enlargement, or for example: to approach and talk to a woman. On the other side of fear you will be stronger. Redefine fear to something that you can use. When we feel fear and anxiety about something it's mostly an indication that this particular thing is really important for us to conquer. Don't get me wrong danger is a real thing, but fear is in our mind, and I believe that we need to use our fear and bend it to our will, in order to develop yourself to the best version of yourself.

Maybe social anxiety and post anxiety about a social interaction are really hard for us? Then we can use fear and re-define it as something we need to go through, in order to be a better version of our-self. I haven't mastered this fully myself...but I will use this in the future for my progression in my life.

Learning to set goals is so important. It's a specific process you need to follow. For example: Goals can't be loosely defined, they need to be specific and detailed defined. This is the only way to create goals and accomplish them. When you have a goal you can then focus on the process to get there. Not the future, you only focus on this present moment in time (=the only moment in time we really have, we have nor future or past). Past and the future are just constructions in our mind.

I highly recommend handwriting ✍ logging and goal setting, it will feel more tangible and real.

Kind regards, I hope my words are indeed helpful.
Quotes from; The Matrix movie.

Quote 1. "Follow the white rabbit"

Quote 2. by, Morpheus: “You take the blue pill, the story ends, you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill, you stay in wonderland, and I show you how deep the rabbit hole goes.”

Well constructed/written and I couldn't agree more regarding fear and the potentential 'fuel' it can have. The mental game can't be emphasised enough and having clear/defined pictures/goals reinforces what your eyes are seeing which forces your brain to accept what you've created...very, very powerful.
As an aside, I always take a moment after each PE session and admire the results of all the time/effort I've put-in...it's nothing short of a miracle we're able to accomplish (in all facets)

The psychological game is almost everything in penis enlargement.

I like the mindset that we can redefine fear, and use it against itself. And most importantly, always follow the white rabbit.

we feel fear and anxiety about something it's mostly an indication that this particular thing is really important for us to conquer.

After reading this "simple statement" i have realized how true this is...The need to conquer that feeling, moment, thought etc might teach us a lot whether through triumph or defeat..

Felt the same way while I was using the LM.
I used to feel reluctant while I was exercising.I was so skeptical about changing my size that growth seemed impossible in my mind.. Nowadays I'm having a better view about this PE world.

We create fear in our mind and that prevents us from living fully...that's how I feel about my life right now. I need to push through FEAR, to get to my next level in life.

Right, Fear doesn't let men find their true purpose..View attachment 1834102
Exactly!

Maybe we should think about a white rabbit, when we feel resistant to our FEAR, and imagine us following this white rabbit. 🐰😊

Would be a good mental trigger to push through the FEAR, instead of retreat and anxiety. First you need to allow a new behavior for yourself and then later it will feel like nothing.

Use the power of neuroplasticity!

Changing the time, energy, wasting habits is key, instead replacing them for new useful benefitial habits is an important step.
I have a master degree in procrastinating, so this relates to me. Getting better and better with it... but it's strange it have never happened in PE. Suppose you need to find the drive within/where you are going...instead of focusing of what is hard in the moment.

They will be begging you
I know what you're thinking. But I really need someone to throw ice water on me in the morning. I suppose I can do thos myself in the mean time.
