Hmm that is a good idea iwantgirth I hadn't thought of that. I thought Hydromaxm maybe heightening does work, I'll have to read about it online. This was 2 years ago and I never did damn. I will ask him next time hes at the gym. And I will do some more reading myself on it.

Of course for my working out I mainly learned by trial and error and reading heh. I did take in the odd thing I overheard from the big boys though.

Good thinking on this Ebon. You are right that the body likes a balance. At the same time I've seen 350 pound steroid monsters at gyms before, so they are not a zero net gain. You are dead on with the thought that the higher sex drive and increased blood flow, would give a better erection and therefore indirectly help pe.

I disagree with an anabolic state having no effect. Let me say the reverse, someone in catabolism, for example someone who is sick at the time. They can't expect gains while they are sick. In fact if they break down the penile tissue while sick it won't recover until after they are out of catabolism.

I do not know what Hyperemiation is, can you elaborate on it?

One report I read said that of the top 20 bodybuilders in 1998, 13 had genetic problems with their myostatin. It tells the body to quit adding muscles and tissue when rebuilding takes place. If its broken or actualy the more accurate description, is not functioning at full capacity because of genetic problems, this is a huge help in muscle growth.

It's has stretching routines and stuff. Kind of like Penis Enlargement but for height. I reckon people could get an inch or two more height if they don't sit up straight and stuff but it looks like a lot of hard work and a lot of stretching.

A guy at thundersplace named magnumforce brought these up. I have been wondering if you could simulate the sickle cell anemia side effect of to many erections for to long with viagra to speed up growth. You can definately grow without this, this would just be a way to massively speed it up, and possibly to go to higher levels then you thought possible.


One reason I brought it up is that I need help from people searching and finding out about this, and ways we could take advantage of it. So far in my searching I have been looking for theories on why sickle cell anemia causes priapisms, the best guess is the thickness of the blood makes much get sort of stuck in the penis. So overtime having the penis expanded often and often very very expanded builds size, as the body hypertrophies the penis in response.

Megalophallus probably resulted from permanent loss of elasticity of the tunica albuginea due to severe engorgement during the episode of priapism. This sequela needs to be recognized by physicians because no intervention is necessary and sexual function seems to remain intact.

taking from that theory and the fact that like when you lift you pump more blood to the area which makes it expand, but heat afterwards causes bleeding in the microtears and delays healing. ive read that constricting blood vessels with cold allow for more nutrients and oxyegen to go to the affected area and speeds healing in muscle, tendons, and tissue.
i know the penis isnt a muscle and ive worded my thoughts really badly, but id like to hear what you guys think. i use cold after workouts and i love it b/c i recover a lot quicker and my erections are better and seem to expand to fill the new space better more naturally. i dont know id want to hear what you guys have to say, i wish i could find all the stuff i read and quote it, but oh well.

Thanks:). I did not think of trying to thicken up the blood cells, but there are ways of doing that I'm sure, and not dangerously. Another problem I've been reading is that the doctors describing this side effect, just say its an unknown reason why these priapisms, or in many cases, just near priapisms are happening.

The thickening of blood cells I inferred off another page that I will have to look for again. It didn't really have much more information then that on that particular site though.

I'm thinking a lot of these man made vasolidators, could effectively do the same thing. I know with vasolidators if you take to much you run the risk of a priapism. Or if you mix them with other things. For the men that get these, its a super hardon that won't go down. It starts to 'ache', and if it doesn't go down naturally they have to go to a urologist within about 24 hours or permanent problems could happen.

I'm thinking what if you slowly played around with different vasolidators, and got up to where you would have a super hard on for a fair while like 1-2 hours. I believe that over time doing this daily would grow your penis. You could even do this twice or three times a day. Would have to play around and see what your body could take.

Combined with expanding tissue exercises, and ligament stretching, I think that you would be best to take it after you work out. Then have a super hardon with the expanded tissues, for like an hour or two. I have no money at the moment so I'm confined to normal exercises. Which are showing good results for me. But when I get money I am thinking of getting some generic vasilodaters and using them after the workout.

I don't warm up with wraps or cool down either, atm. But notice the wording 'warm' up, and 'cool' down. I know my own body pretty well and I get the feeling that after a workout if my penis can sort of compact up and be cool, that I would see better growth by far then if I kept it warm and pumped. There was a guy on redzulu's forum I read a few months ago who gained .75 girth in a relatively short amount of time. He was using cold wraps to cool down with.

That was a big find if its true about the microtears not healing as well with heat on them after the exercising is over. When you get a chance can you get a source on that? I will look to try and find one as well later tonight. Actualy I just did a pe workout that ended about 10 minutes ago, I think I'm going to do a 5 minute cold wrap now, to see how it 'feels'.
 
Guys think about it. If taking hormones were all thats needed then pro bodybuilders would have dicks that would scrape the ground. All the IGF-1, HGH and R-IGF2 plus testosterone doesn't cause penile growth. Bodybuilders do get growth in their hands and feet and faces (acro-megaly). Ask someone who has taken real growth and the pains that go along with it are really ouchy. When we go through puberty the whole body is growing not just one thing. To go through a second puberty would be the way to get what your talking about. And maybe this has happened to some individuals but, chemical induced for an adult would be almost if not totally impossible. As for the androgels, there have been stories of infants or toddlers (pre-pubes) who have inadvertantly been exposed to the hormones and have seen side effects of penile growth but, for us that is probably not gonna happen. And to shut down my Leydig cells is not very appealing. I'm not saying its NOT possible, but manual stretching has been proven to work. And don't forget most adults are growing up into their twenties, thats a lot of time for growth. We are trying to recreate all that time in a very short period even though a couple of years it might take, we cannot compete with the 18-20 years of growth before. Just my thoughts on this
 
So, are we implying that cold wraps or perhaps a cup of ice water may be a good idea for post girth work??

I also wonder if taking say....oh, 200mg of Viagra might induce a temporary state of "super erection" mimicking Priapism? I know it's dangerous to mess around with this type of stuff....but, if done so in a very careful and controlled manner....why not? I've taken 100mg of Viagra before ....maybe ya could experiment say, over a week's time. Day one, you take 100mg of Viagra, day two you take 125mg, and so on. Upping the once a day dose of Viagra by 25mg until you found the "magic number" so to speak. This would all depend on how you respond individually to Viagra. Hmm......and with generic Viagra being equally as effective and yet, so much cheaper....it would be interesting.

Just Say something here, IGF-1 is Insulin Like Growth Factor. This is Different to HGH Human Growth Hormone. If anything you will want to be looking at HGH not IGF. IGF can be inhibited with the ZMA supplement, many articles and studies on this.
 
But, you need the anabolism of IGF-1 to make the HGH that much more effective
