The footlong seems to be a very concentrated stretch. But I'm curious what would be the difference between doing footlong stretches vs hanging SD? The only thing I can think of is with the Bib I don't think it attaches directly below the glands.

The FOOTLONG creates much more intensity than that of a Bib Hanger. If you wanted you could put 100 pounds of stress on your penis using your foot. This type of weight on the Bib would just be ridiculous. The Bib is more of a long term stretch while the FOOTLONG is a 30-60 second stretch. Putting a ton of intensity on your penis for short periods, like with the FOOTLONG, has it's benefits but hanging also has it's own benefit (like duration of stretch)
 
I've started to do this , it's incredible, i do like 9-15 of this you can feel the burn , i never used this kind of force on my ligs, off course i start with basic downward stretch and then apply this. It makes a force at least 10 times stronger and my hand doesn't get tired quickly and it's simple to do :)
 
Also i noticed when i do this i feel like im doing benches :) like killing to fly with one strike :O this is great !

Is this true ? Is this better then hanging, i mean does it create more gains then bib hanger, has anyone else experimented with this ?

The difference here is that a BIB can be worn for an unlimited amount of time while FOOTLONG STRETCHES are a repetitious exercise. The intensity you can give your penis short term is much greater than that of a long term exercise (hanging, extenders, etc.). A FL Stretch can easily put 100 pounds of stress on the penis for 30 to 60 seconds while hanging is normally no more than 30 pounds.

Maybe they dont get it how it is performed, penis should be in good condition also, maybe i ll make some clips and try to upload it on MOS :)
 
my legs seems to be to long in length (6.33 Feet tall). Im not able to do this kind of stretching :(. Fortunately i have some really strong arms and hands :). (doin bodybuilding). I testet it with my measuring tool and it seems to be that my dick needs to be about 9,5inches flaccid to be able to do this stretching :(. Way to long. I dont even want an erect cock about this long ^^.

There is other stretches that are just as powerful (Sock Stretches, DLD Blasters, etc.)

You are going to love them. They give such a great perspective on stretching. There are unlimited angles that can be hit and intensity is easily applied.
 
If it's difficult to get your leg up and onto the wrist, I wonder if it would be the same intensity if you used a looped belt wrapped around the wrist and let it hang down and step on the bottom of the loop. I think it might work, but it would be right arm gripping and right leg stepping. Damn work, I want to try this now!

That sounds perfectly logical. Let us know how it goes.
 
Well I tried it out and as I thought, there was no way I could get my foot onto my wrist unless I drop another 20-30 pounds first. I tried the belt and I have to admit it is pretty intense. I have to work on the grip a bit because it didn't seem to hit my ligs as hard as I thought they would. My skin sort of rode up to the glans and it felt like I was pulling more on the tunica. But it is definitely going into my routine. Only problem is now I have split up stretches and jelqing into separate sessions. My stretches are sort of wearing out my dick and the jelqing is being done on a tired dick.
