Ok, so I did these for 6 sets of about 2 minutes each last night, and I am a little sore today. Very nice. :cool:

EDIT: Getting ready to shower, and did a 'stretch test' to see how relatively sore I am. The shaft is sore near the front of the penis where most of the tension was applied from the leverage point (shirt). The BASE is also sore in the ligs...not just in the skin. The skin itself is not sore from what I can tell. Thumbs up!

Do just after showering, or rinse dick for this exercise. Grip works better on moist weenus.

Sounds correct to me. You do not need to feel sore in order to gain, this happens with some but not others. I only have felt soreness a few times but I made gains consistently for 10 years. Trust the ruler.
 
Man i tried these today and i dont think im really flexible enough to get my leg up onto my hand. Ha it hurts my groin! I guess i gotta stretch more.

I do about 3-4 Sets 35-40 secs each is that enough.....DLD?

As long as you are getting everything out of a stretch you can stretch once! I think your routine sounds fine...refer to last sentence!:)

kk I only started these about a month ago so maybe it needs more time....


Oh i want to ask what has every1 gained from these like how long did it take and how much I am combining these with the __________ Stretch so im hoping for some big gains in the next month (fingers crossed)

These are crazy I do them when I'm twisted up like a pretzel in my room stonned as a mofo and am using all my strength in my arms, legs, and hand's to get that cock as much fresh air as physically possible.
