Shit im getting the biggiest lig pops ever , seems to be working pretty well i do about 15-20 min a day every day of these and i think ive gained a bit will measure next week :)
 
DLD I have to ask what on earth were you doing or thinking that helped you come up with this stretch? it seems to be a semi-odd position but does work very well. took me a minute to even figure it out.

Can you do foot long stretches with buddled stretches at the same time? Has anyone ever tried this?

I think someone's capabilities to do so would depend on their flexibility and their length of penis as when you bundle the penis is does get shorter. I personally, since I lost so much weight, am able to do it.

It is strange that you bump this thread as I was just thinking how intense this stretch is.

Wouldn't people just starting P.E. for the first time be in danger of injuring themselves with these? I sure as hell wouldn't have tried them during my first few months.
 
im new here but have up beging pics and such and have been following the newbie routine for a little over a week and have gained 1/8 and inch erect and 1/2 inch flaccid. But I want to get a clamp but I dont know where to purchase them from. any help would be appreciated. Also on paying for the site, is there anyway to paypal or money order it? I dont like credit cards and won't own one so that is out of the question.

I would say .25" since I created it but gains for me are very slow being involved for so long. A relatively new person could gain plenty using these. The intensity is crazy and using the foot prevents allot of fatigue which leads to longer stretches.
 
I know this is kind of an old post, but during my newbie routine, I used many foot long stretches and still do. I think I have exhausted them by this point but I think the key to my first length gains were from this stretch. Definite recommendation to newbies.

Hey DLD,

Well I gained about half inch give or take in my first four or five months. I modified the newbie routine to a lot of footlong stretches and BTC, leg fulcrum stretches. I used to get major lig pops and soreness from them.

The lig pops and soreness are not as intense anymore. I still do them in my routine though. They are great to start a session with.

This is a cool stretch that is very powerful. The amount of force I use can be controlled very easily I never run out of stretching power. I call it the Footlong because your foot is used in the stretch.

In a seated position grab your penis by the glans. Stretch downward (toward the floor) If you are stretching with your right hand take your left foot and place the heal of that foot on the top of the hand stretching downward. In this position you can increase the stretch as much or as little as possible. The leg muscles are much stronger than the arm so you will find out quickly how powerful this stretch really is. I hold the stretch for 60 seconds then I switch hands and feet. (Left hand stretches down while right heal aides in the force). Repeat this 5 times on each side. Give it a go. This Footlong Stretch may make your penis a FOOT LONG.

Hey DLD, I read about how you do all these different routines and techniques, and I'm assuming that you do this daily.

Even tho you are 10.5in, are you still trying to gain? Have you peaked out where you don't gain any more?
