Yes the belt is closed into a long loop. You just hang the loop from your wrist as close as you can to the hand and whichever foot feels most comfortable steps on the bottom of the loop. It works very well. I haven't seen any length gains lately and I noticed my LOT was now at about 7 or 6. I started out in early January at 10 or 9. I'm beginning to think I need to start hanging since I haven't seen any gains in about a month.

Seriuosly i love Footlong, i based my P.E carrier on it, i just can t find anything wrong with them :s... it s strong powerfull exercises that give awsome gains , evrything that any future and current P.E maniacs needs LMAO
 
These are great i just did a little set of these and could really feel the stretch and could reall y see the penis being stretched.

How long should we do these for ? 10 mins or longer
I couldn't hold the stretch for more than 10secs, maybe ill get better, so when i lose my grip i change hands and do this consistantly, is that ok ?
Can i do these frequently throughout the day ?

Yeah, like 50 of them would be good 60 sec stretch :), watch the grip you can rip skin easily if you dont hit right

Hmm....maybe this is good idea for a new product :), even do poor girl has no idea what monster roars within:OLMAO and doesn t know what MOS stands for, but it could be powerfull confidence boost for guys :)

My family has a silk screen, printing business...I can pretty much get anything printed.
 
I've got an idea, don't know if this has been posted as there are many pages in this thread now, but here goes.

For guys like me who aren't so limber, or so long yet penis wise who still want to be able to do this:

Take a long sock as before, but tie a permanent knot in it so you have a '0' or circle. Loop sock over your ankle or lower shin area through the circle. Now, also run your penis through the inside of the circle. You will probably have to reach through the circle with your hand, and toward your body. NOW, anyone should be able to do these regardless of physical flexibility or penis length. Simply pulling your leg/foot in whatever direction should give you the same options as in the original description. Woot, I love when I have an idea, go me, go me! :cool:

Might have to experiment with sock size, or size of your circle of course. I guess you could also use an old shirt or sweat shirt sleeve as well. I'd think an old sweat shirt sleeve would be very comfy.

It's a very good stretch. I feel it some in the base area, including the skin around the base but mainly in the SHAFT itself. This stretch of yours is awesome. It's like the ''A-Stretch'' but on a higher level. By simply making small movements with my leg, I can move the stretch around. Really cool!
