Please take very good measurements and update them as you train. It is so important we get this information as it has never been charted before.
 
Take a picture of your glans with something in the back\foreground or next to it. In the future, do the same.
 
With these, now use the Siliring underneath the glans, and while using a mityvac or bathmate, get another siliring at the base.

Is it better to do a continous session of full 20 minutes in bathmate for extreme head expansion, or can you also use the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) bathmate method

What would be more efficient? If you jelq with the siliring on, are you aldo targeting the shaft or only the head?

The 5×5×3 is timed this way because the bath Nate starts to take on fluid after about five minutes. So at that point we stop pumping and get them five minutes of SSJ. If the new pump we are selling allows us to go 10 minutes without retention then I may be able to change the routine to 10×10×2 or some variation. There’s always the smartest move to use the methods laid out in SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory.

Well, is it possible to use the sleeves for fluid retention reduction? That should be compatible with doing 10x10x3 or something :)

I would go with the 5x5x3 bathmate or mityvac method, as this is a more effective way to train versus the older method in the past with continuous pressure.

Also the sleeves will reduce fluid immensely, to the point it will stop.

This exercise will create a larger head, trust me on that .. I dont need to go through all the provide me proof stuff, when a guy does this with the three D's he will gain! I gained in glans size, its difficult to some, because you gotta really push the expansion .. force it, hold it hard, will hurt a little, which is why probably many dont like to do it .. start crying and back off :)

Get those ideas on the table in the moderators forum so we can go over it and make it happen. If we have an attachment that can increase the size of the head permanently it would be a huge step in PE

That’s the spirit! I think we’re both going to be inventing many things in the coming months!
 
Just a quick variation if you will, to this, that I forgot about.

Using an already existing exercise, no ordinary one :) but the SSJ you combine that with the boa but focus more on the glans, and using one hand as you push against the head, angle it downwards to really get a full expansion ... kegel to ensure its fully engorged, and you can use the index finger to sorta jelq the glans gently from the tip to the coronal ridge a few times if you wanted to work on your 'ridge'.

This is what I used to do when combining SSJ with the Boa - SSJ Boas - with emphasize on the glans and coronal ridge.

I would hold it there for 30 seconds or so, so the head was fully expanded after the SSJ, and its angled downwards at this point, sometimes looking quite extreme, you can really bend the glans, it is anchored to the shaft by a ligament so dont panic about snapping it off :) you get amazing definition in the coronal ridge, the depth of mine now is allot more then it ever was.

Very wise use of the SSJ! I got to give this a go. When you say bend the hand after head do you mean pushing it with your hand? Meaning is your hand anchored at the head and flexing downward? Let me know that because I’m kind of confused then I can give it a try. Thanks Red
