Start with your hand palm up, your penis below your hand. Your knuckles should be resting along the top of your penis, the tip extending beyond your hand.
Keeping your hand above the penis pull your glans up and grip it with an OK grip. So now you should see the bottom of your glans facing up at you in your palm.
Rock your hand back so that the palm is now down against your stomach with your cock wrapped over the knuckles. The further you rotate your hand down the more tension you're going to put on the entire length of your cock.
Think of it as wrapping your penis around a paper-towel roll if that helps.
I haven't tried this yet and I can't speak to the "Gain one inch in a month" business but it seems to me that this exercise would be beneficial, especially if you want to develop a curve to better pleasure your woman.

I just gave this a try and damn. It feels like one hell of a stretch, I'll admit! Plus if I've got my basic penis-physiology right this exercise -should- stretch every part of the penis.
It seems to me that this exercise works on the same principal as DLD's A-Stretch/Fake Arm Stretch, using a fulcrum to substantially enhance the available force. The best part is that since this exercise stretches the penis in the opposite direction as DLD's A-Stretch they compliment each-other perfectly.
Just a 'heads' up, the grip you have to use to do this properly puts a hell of a lot of pressure on the glans, so don't expect a pretty result. Also: Since I've done this a grand total of once I obviously still can't speak to the "One inch in one month claim."
I guess I'll tell you more in a month.

I will simplify it.In standing position just close your right fist like you were holding your dick normaly with an OK sign and trying to grasp it as close to the begining of the shaft so your left edge of the palm is touching your belly like wanting to perform hara-kiri with your palm side facing the ceiling.Now your thumb and index finger are holding the glands and your whole shaft is on the knuckles.Thats the finishing position but to get there easier you grip just beneath the glands with reverse grip and then just invert your wrist upside down which will bunde your dick.This enables you to put incredible amount of force and leverage on the "inner dick".
One more thing it would be good to do this exercise combined with reverse erect skin strech cause you will grow fast and skin is also limiting factor.For example if you had a 10 inch dick and a skin that is made for a 8 inch dick you would be limitated with your skin and you would in fact have an 8 inch dick cause your glands would be pulled towards your balls aka. turkey neck so try to do reverse erect skin strech everyday as much as you can.Hope i cleared some things up.

Google it or search a picture about hara-kiri (that was what I did actually). Then you only need to twist you dick (180 deg) before you turn it, with your hand, into this position.
The sketch is only there to show you how to hold your hand (as I understood how to do that). Wait for Blue Whale if you want to get this info verified. I'm just trying to explain it with my way, too, so if you didn't understand it the way BW explained it, you can see another version.
