Sounds like a great routine! I will give it a shot. What type of gains have your experienced and how long have you done this to make those gains? I have a SG and would like to incorporate it into this routine. The last and most important question is when/how long should I rest, especially using the SG with this program. I plan on using my SG for about 10 hours on the days I use it. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated bro!!!
