In regards to your other question I did start off with basic exercises under Big Al's program and I gained nothing. Tried rotary cranks and a bunch of other manual exercises but none worked out for me. That was my main inspiration for buying the LengthMaster. Thanks for helping me out DLD
OK, cool, so this could be an intensity issue. My advice, as you already know, will be to step up the intensity. Do not do it all at once though, work up slowly over a week or so. I would also suggest using DLD Blaster theory in your stretches and practice the reverse kegel/kegel explained in the thread while stretching with the LengthMaster. This will help you allow your pelvic floor muscles to relax and allow the ligaments to take most of the stretch. This is really the first step in mastering intensity, being aware that the pelvic floor muscles can prevent gains. Once the ideal of the Blasters is implemented you will naturally be stretching for gains.
