if i stay on this forum off and on throughout the day, it reminds me to PE at every chance I get, so in the long run, helping others helps me. it's a win-win situation lol

Well having a bad attitude will make you want to quit after a month haha. PE is definitely a big mental thing as much as it is physical.

I feel the same way. The beginning of the month is always crazy busy for me and my schedule has been so full these past few days (i worked labor day). have only got in minimal stretching and my extender at night. not even any time to vacuum pump :(

But the more i am in the forum the more I stay on track with PE for sure.
 
my bathmate is supposed to be delivered today. I've been waiting for the mailman to come like a kid waiting on santa clause lol

That is the spirit of the Brotherhood! And believe me when you guys are posting it is helping others stay involved and make their dreams come true. It is hard to stay away from such a positive place.
 
Just got it in the mail. Looks like it needs a washing to dust it off since it was an open box. No importance at all. Can't wait to try it. I'm deciding when to try it. So excited! Should I go 100% eq or more like 80?
