This is my SRT "kitchen sink" routine for length. Its all in there.

This would be for the newer guy ready to go from newbie basic stretches, just bought a Size Genetics and Penomet or Bathmate.

More advanced guys can throw their favorite exotic stretches in, thus the "kitchen sink" reference.

This is basically what I do. I've pulled all this together and tested it now just need the steady schedule to be consistent.


Study the SRT routine hard. You'll see where I get my concept of multiplex attack in my sig.

So lets focus on just length to start. If girth happens due to PT/Bathmate and ssjs, then bonus points, great... but lets pick length to start.

I'm going to ask you to change your measuring to start. Go get a wooden ruler just like grade school. A plastic one might work if its thick. Thin is not cool.

Start with. Bpfsl, press the ruler to the bone and stretch penis to Max stretch.

Get yourself hard, when fully erect, tip the penis up angle. See that crease, seam, fold at the base? Lay the base edge of your ruler in there. Hold penis straight out. Now measure your nbpel at the tip that way.

Okay, now, press that ruler into fatpad and get your bpel. This takes some getting used too. It hurts. I still hate measuring day because this hurts. But its our only reliable, no BS measure.

Take a dressmakers tape and measure your girth, behind the glans, mid shaft, and at the base. You can use a strip of paper too if you mark it with a pen.

With those new measures in hand we know where you're really starting.


So, now back to basics: basic stretches, PT/Bathmate, SG, UJS, kegels, RKs, locking, cockring, ace bandage.

Lets create a smart length focused routine based on all this stuff. Research all of this by reading every link in my sig. Study Dlds SRT routine for the basis of this personal routine and explanations of every little detail.

First, think of Using your PT or Bathmate as a warmup. You still need to do a warmup. Shower 5 Mins or a heating pad before your Bathmate session.

So do Dlds 5x5x3 routine. Put on cockring before you start. Now get yourself fully hard. Either sit in tub so its all underwater with NO AIR, or go vertical entry, PT tube straight down, penis straight down into the fully filled to rim Bathmate so there's NO AIR.


5 Mins pump, 5 Mins SSJs. You can do regular wet jelqs if you like, since were going length not girth. You can also up the time since you're used to that, but progressively. 5 Mins lower pump. 10 Mins stronger pump. 15 Mins highest pump. In Penomet go blue, black, grey, or black grey red.

We're just using Bathmate as a warmup tho, so 5x5x5 is enough. Its to get those tissues expanded and pliable. That last set do Dlds Bathmate expressive stretches. You're trying to pull the tube off, almost, sucking the root of your penis out of the body. Not necessary the whole time. The highest pump/ gator use is enough. But you can add a bit of expressives as per Dlds thread on that.

Now, pumping done, take off cockring, dry off completely.

*optional:
Masterbate to orgasm. This exhausts and relaxes the PC muscles, getting them out of the way, not holding back vs your stretching.

OR
if you don't have an O, do Dlds kegeling routine to fatigue the PC muscles: Get your baby powder and pull the penis straight out. Do a 2 second kegel. Release. Repeat 100 times. This is to tire the pelvic floor muscles, PC muscles.

Now do basic stretching, 1/2 hour+ routine. Were going to make this entire routine a "dld blasters" routine. Every stretch, do a reverse kegel for 1/2 the stretch time then release.

You need to be flaccid for the rest of the routine. Maybe up to 50% semi will be okay but if your handling your penis grows wood, stop and let it die down to soft flaccid.

Start with our biggest guns! Dld says btc and rotaries are the best basic stretches, so this routine uses them a Lot more than the starter SRT routine. Also we've upped the time for each stretch from 30 to 40 seconds. Rotaries are up from 25 to 30 count.

BTC = between the cheeks, 3x40 secs with Reverse Kegels. Put foot up on a chair or table. High is fine. Turn the penis under the body and pull straight back between the cheeks. Then go under the leg, like you're trying to bend the penis under your leg and up... then switch legs and do other side. Leg down.

Rotaries 30 cranks, upwards cone direction. Pull hard up while doing a stirring motion, cranking.

Stretches, straight up 3x40 secs with RKs. One up the middle, once up slightly right, once up slightly left.
Rotaries 30 cranks pulling straight out.
Stretches straight out 3x40 secs. Out, slight left, slight right.
Rotaries 30 cranks out and down slightly.
Stretches left and right 40 secs each. On a good day I actually do 3x40 left, 3x40 right...

We're remembering to RK half then release, right?

Rotaries 30 cranks angled downwards. This is not really straight down kinda out and down as down angle you can manage is fine... you tell me you're into yoga so you can do btc rotaries ill be impressed. LOL.

Stretches, down 3x40. Straight down, slight left, slight right.

Btc stretch again! 3x40.

Kitchen sink: for any more special exotic additional stretches you use to up your game.
- __________ stretches, A-stretches, expressive stretches...
At this point you're pretty warmed up and ready for advanced work.
"Kitchen sink" meaning the SRT routine can handle whatever you want to throw in there.


This will take a while. Good. Your penis should feel like you've worked it over good. Slight lig burn, maybe slight skin burn. Kicked its butt feeling.

This is how you learn to pull at what strength. If you're not feeling it by now, next session increase your strength of pulling. Keep going until you feel a good mild "Workout" burn in your penis or base.


Now, get your ace bandage out and put on allergix's wrap. Form a ridge behind your glans ...

Put on SG. Do a high tension stretch.
Take your heating pad and make a penis taco with it. Not the highest setting, one below that. Keep your stuff nice and warm.

Do 4x1 hour sets with SG, at highest tension you can go. Keep adding bars if needed.

Each hour, take off SG and unwrap. Do a little massage and kegel to get fresh blood circulation into glans.

Btc stretch straight back 40 secs with RKs.
Do rotaries 30 cranks, straight up.
Btc stretch left 40 sec with RKs.
Rotary 30 cranks straight out
Btc stretch right 40 sec
Rotary 30 cranks downward
Btc stretch back 40 sec with RKs

Allergix's wrap. SG high tension.. repeat 4-6 hours total. More if you can? Redzulu posted a training routine stickied in the SG forum, upping their SG time eventually to one 12 hour SG set. That's extreme, but if you want to and can do this, major Rep points Ill tip you bro!

If you have to go somewhere, work, school, errands...
Lock hang using allergix's wrap to create ridge to hook lock behind. Biggest lock you can do. Mines 1#. Each hour hit the bathroom. Unwrap, do hourly sg mini-stretch routine just above. Rewrap, rehang lock.

Otherwise, UJS to heal extended for sleep or just the rest of the day.

There we have it!

Tips: I got up to 60 seconds on each basic stretch, and 50+ cranks each rotary. This took me an hour, but I gained my first inch in just 3-4 months. Up to you how hard you want to go. This is what I did.

Now, do that for 90 days. That's duration.
stretch Hard and PT/Bathmate full pump, SG full tension cranked down to hide last ring... that's intensity.
Do this Every day, that's consistency.

Now you tell me if this isn't The definition of multiplex attack!

So in total the length portion is circa 10 hours per day in the SG and an hour of stretches? I could probably work my way to doing this.
 
Nah, "total 4-6" or skip SG do lock hang = 0 SG...

But SG's mod and high esteemed sources/Mos members say 4+ hours per day is a minimum for SG by itself...

I was/am being comprehensive... cumulative.-) imagine if you add that stuff up? That's the point of SRT, Daisy chaining different forms of pe together into 24/7 pe superset.

I love the SG and am in ideal conditions to use it. Do you have any thoughts on girth work before the SG? Morning seems the best time to do it for me, with length in the evening. I don't masturbate and am willfully celibate blood flow is best in the morning and it's very difficult to do length work in the AM.

Perhaps some A stretches with reverse kegels after girth work in the AM to prep for the SG?

I'm willing to commit to 2 hours per day of active Penis Enlargement plus 10 hours in the SG.

Your idea sounds like mixing girth then right into length, that's cool if you want length, the point of this thread.

If you want girth gains best to do two seperate sessions... after a good girth routine you can put on (or leave on) a cockring for healing expanded. An hour is kind of a minimum... longer may be better...

then switch to length later... still can do another Bathmate superset as a warmup then too.

If you're doing this the way I mentioned in OP, the Bathmate 5x5x3 as a big warmup for length. The pumping and ssjs get the tunica stretched out and can make a length routine more productive. Meaning basic stretches and others like the A-stretches you mentioned... then into SG high tension... gonna chain those moves together for awesome stretching all day.
 
Well my idea is more to devote a few years to length and then gain some girth if I'm interested, but experts seem adamant that jelqs help length gains as well. My biggest fear with girth is getting too big to fit into the SG so that's why I've left it alone for the moment.
 
Edited OP for glaring error. I counted rotary cranks not seconds... doh tunnel vision.
Also explained my incrimental increases in counts and seconds of stretched. Ended up at 60 second basic stretches and 50+ rotaries, yes so many extra rotaries and angled rotaries on purpose.

Just what I did with my routine, bros. I think its done now... famous last words.

Solved the hair/bubbles issue with vaseline. Worked great.

Forgot my cockring again. Pump maxed out at 18.5. Not bad but there's a big difference, especially no expanded healing... gotta remember rings when heading to gym.

Did this routine again last night. Whoo good burn! I realized I was on it hard when my hands got tired about 3/4 in. Then got decent light burn and skin burn below glans. Need to be more consistent.

The kitchen sink I threw at my penis was 10x40+ second __________ stretches. Very nice stretch! I already love this stretch.

Put on SG and was full tension in my longest set bars by end of first hour... then 2nd hour added bars so I got up to new longest bars for me. Nice.

Than after SG I decided to crash quick so I threw on my Stealth. All night healed extended. Feels good. Looks long.

Looking forward to empty house so I can do my thing in peace and get a regular schedule going...

This is an insane well thought out version of SRT. A perfect example of using the information as springboards for your own "Personalized SRT Experience" As some know there will be additions to SRT in the way of Erection Quality and Masturbation research I have done over the last months. I think it will justify even a greater following to this ingenious workout. I am still struggling with details so I will not pst it yet but it will be a massive addition when I do. A lot of the myths around these issue will be dispelled and we will benefit because of the struggles we are dealing with now.

I think the one thing I pulled in from outside SRT is the blasters concept kegel/RKs to unload the PC muscles. That goes all the way back to German Stallions work and jakb recently experienced and advised the same GS work... about the body's instinctive defensive kegel.

SRT is my baby and has been for some time and I am ecstatic that a routine that I am still perfecting is becoming a staple to the community in so many ways! When my Brothers benefit because of my work I am prouder then a new Daddy!...well close:)

The SiliStretcher is a much better option than the SG. Using the SiliStretcher in combination with the length master Will bring all needed gains.
