OK, cool, so this could be an intensity issue. My advice, as you already know, will be to step up the intensity. Do not do it all at once though, work up slowly over a week or so. I would also suggest using DLD Blaster theory in your stretches and practice the reverse kegel/kegel explained in the thread while stretching with the LengthMaster. This will help you allow your pelvic floor muscles to relax and allow the ligaments to take most of the stretch. This is really the first step in mastering intensity, being aware that the pelvic floor muscles can prevent gains. Once the ideal of the Blasters is implemented you will naturally be stretching for gains.

Thanks for the advice dld..I will incorporate the blasters to my workout. If I may ask is there any harm in working out twice a day since I have the time on my hands to do it now cuz of the summer break?

Please give me advice on what to do. I put on the extender for one hour then manually stretch in all direction for 30 seconds each. Then strap back on. I do this for 4-5 times total. The I put on wrap lil jimmy with an ace bandage for a few hours until I decide to pump and pull in every directions (girth blasters?) for 30 seconds each direction. Up, straight down, right, left, down towards right, down towards left. Then in the afternoon/evening timeframe, I pump for 5-10 minutes, 5 minutes jelqs, and repeat the process for two more times. Pretty much that last session lasts me about 30-45 minutes. So my question to you is is there anything you think I should do differently? My funds are a little tight so I can not purchase anything for a little while. Any advice will be most grateful. Thanks.

This sounds like a perfect routine, are you not gaining using it?

Well I can not comment on that yet because I just recently started this routine. I can say that I started to jelq with an overhand grip and am getting awesome expansion. What I am doing is dry jelqs. I still have some oil on my shaft but am using only one hand. I just slightly loosen the grip enough to slide back to the base then clamp my hand and jelq up again. Usually the stroke is about 4-5 seconds long. When I do put on the extender, I sometimes do not go for 5 hours straight. Sometimes I have to break it up because I have clients to go take care of and I do not want to keep it on for 2 hours straight. So when I have to break it up, I put on the UJW and wrap lil jimmy. However this may sound wierd by since I started this about 4 days ago, I feel as though I am pushing my stretch when doing manual stretches even more. Also, I seem to be able to get into the extender easier and have a a more plump flaccid. I totally love this. DLD, I want to thank you and everyone else who has posted useful information so much for the information you have provided here. I know doing this will change my life and my self esteem. I am not big by any means. I believe I am only about 5.5 - 6 inches long by 5 girth. I am aiming for atleast 8-9 inches with atleast a 6 inch girth. I hope this routine will do it. I will keep at it until I see I get no more gains. Then I will change something. Another thing I am doing besides my manual stretches in all directions is grabbing lil jimmy very close to the base and stretching outward for 30 seconds twice every time I stretch hourly. Sounds like real progress, I am happy for you. Breaking up the routine as you have is smart, hitting things multiple times throughout the day will keep you elongated and expanded. I used to run to the bathroom every hour to get a set of jelqs in, just to keep the expansion going all day. I am also happy that Uncle Jim is on your side and making your SizeGenetics work so much easier. The last stretch you spoke of is what we call Expressive Stretching and is a VERY big part of my SRT Routine. Continue with those stretches as they serve to pull a lot of internal penis outward. All and all your routine seems to address every portion of what is important in Penis Enlargement. Stick with it, keep a log so we can closely follow your progress. I look foreword to your future gains!

I will take some measurements. Not sure how to yet but I will. The only reason I know my girth is because I was intending on the VLC tugger. I figure I would alternate one day the SG the next day the VLC tugger. That would keep me soooo motivated. So anyway, I measured and I am 5 EG. Now I just have to find the correct way to measure my length. I see some guys measure on the top of the shaft and some do it under. Once I do that, I will post my stats. Thank you so much for your help and advice.

I am not DLD but I can tell you that if you do spread your workout throughout the day, you will get results. However, in between, you will want to wrap using the Uncle Jim Wrapping Method. I am telling you this thing works. Healing in the extended/expanded position will help so much. If you do work out twice a day and stay wrapped in that position in between, you will see results

It was great advice!

Making gains is all about working smarter and using the various forms of gaining and healing in concert to speed recovery. If you look at most of my workouts you will see routines that utilize the entire day to some degree whether it is active Penis Enlargement or passive. There is plenty of time to rest while you sleep and that is a smart, natural process. SRT is most likely the best use of time, exercise, healing and recovery to make gains happen very quickly.
