Yes, if you can stay hard than do them hard. It helps with blood sirculation and erection strength. I also believe that it can help in the size department because of the extreme engorgement you can get when you kegal at 100% erection.

I do not know why I tend to forget the kegel during the day, but I do. I always do them during my DLD's blasters routine, and I can kegel my dick an inch longer, sometimes two or more.

Do you mean 2 inches longer than your flacid or longer than a full erection? This sounds pretty extreme!

Been nailing my routine the past 2 weeks. I am starting to gain some strength that i previously lost! Time to really stay on track and have a SOLID cock!!
 
Boy, I need alot of work, relatively new here. I am not even too sure that i have correctly located the pc muscle. Kgeling and reversing Kgeling seem to have the same effect for me. I am thinking that i have this all wrong. I can only hold a kgel for like 2 secs at most and i have to release (its like almost involuntary and I hear you guys talking about minutes). I am just perplexed. I was at my regular clamping session the other day, just about anihilated my cock. My erections are so powerful now that when its in the clamp it just gets TOO hard.
