I noticed the same thing when i stopped the first time. It is definately a muscle that we need to maintain in order to keep it really strong.
 
While being highly focused on the "Resiflex" routine I have noticed how incredible this excersize is for the Bulbospongiosus muscle. After my routine I can literally see that it is pumped up, but during this routine I've also noticed that this routine is not hard enough on the Ischiocavernosus and Pubococcygeus muscles that is why I want to tell everyone if you are at this second level of excersizing it is VERY important to not replace the regular routine with the Resiflex routine but to use it in ADDITION to the original routine. Originally I thought it would be good to replace it, but as I have just been learning we need both routines together. Thanks everyone for reading, lets keep pushing!!

After realizing the reverse effects of not training it is easy to see how training is so beneficial. When I am at peak strength I shoot further, get harder erection, better control, etc.
 
I've been doing the routine that i posted since, I dont know if its the routine or the jelqs or both mixed with the supplements that im taking but Im starting to see improvements...I woke up about an hr ago with a rock hard woody, felt like i could of poked a hole in the hole i've never been on viagra but i'd imagine thats how it feels
 
It's tough to break the lazy habit of not doing the kegels consistently, but I'm working at it. (We are such creatures of habit, aren't we?) I do at least three sets of 50 morning, noon, and night. That pretty much exhausts the muscle for the A stretch and the reverse kegels with the blaster. That is such an awesome exercise. I have hit 4" (stretched totally flaccid) above the belly button a couple of times already.

The kegel is surely the most multifaceted exercise out there. There are so many benefits from it. Doing the blasters helps me remember to kegel throughout the day. My erections had been flagging lately, but I see a difference already and I've only been back at it for a couple of weeks. It's back to basics for me, like it was in two thousand and three.

I am still doing my cock crunches. Like I said in other posts here. It really helps for great orgasms. Because you can start kegeling as you come to make it last longer.

I am doing minute long holds in a set of three. It's hard to do because after a bit your PC just wants to relax. So you have to just clench tighter and keep going. It's kind of amazing to be able to hold it that long though.

I hadn't hit PC work or any Penis Enlargement work the past 2 weeks before this one..and it showed. Lost a lil gains and my flaccid sucked. Been hitting both again lately and the hangin flaccid is better..as well as morning wood that knocks things over on the way to the bathroom :)

Today I experimented with my Pc work out. I held a really long one. Then I held one and tried my best to hold it while pulsing reverse kegels against it. Wanna talk about burn? I know where my Pc muscle is now for sure.

Tonight I'm just doing the old hold and grimace.

I saw that you were having orgasm problems on your thread. Are you doing PFM workouts everyday? When muscles are worked very hard they need a day off in between to recover.

The orgasm issues came from doing bad Pe. I can even pinpoint the exact time I did it wrong. I was wanting to see exactly how far it could stretch so I grabbed my head in a death grip and just pulled up. I could feel pain around the spot where the head connects to the shaft. Not a long Penis Enlargement session kind of ache. I'm talking pain. STUPID STUPID STUPID! Our bodies have pain responses for a reason.

After that I noticed less sensation along the top of the head. The sides were fine. It's coming back though. Or maybe not. Who knows. Hard to gauge things.

I hadn't done anything that stupid yet and was just pushing the envelope on how rough I could get.

I've since been re evaluating my work out. I figure if I can't do something as simple as jelqing properly, maybe it's time to focus on basics.

My PC muscle on the other hand. Now that is a thing of mythic strength now. Since doing the Pc work outs I have come to the point of being able to do a PC kegel and then reverse kegel pulses against that. Pretty intense stuff. Really intensely hard erections with intense sensation are the result. Very cool.

Thanks:) I just need to get inspired. Being B-Polar I go through periods of depression that make it difficult to do much of anything (But paint and draw). I have learned to accept this but I always know that the mania will come back and I will have a period of inspiration...I hope it is soon:)

tried an intense kegel session today while watching scrubs. after holding the kegel past a few minutes it started fidgeting once i released the kegel. it was near impossible to squeeze and do a kegel for more than a 5-10 seconds.
 
For everyone who forgets his PC-muscle:
Do it directly after your length/girth-workout. Make it to a part of your routine. So after warming down, watch 10 minutes TV and do your PC-muscle workout. If you do it like this, you can't forget them.
But in the last weeks, I did not do my kegels after my workout, so I forgot them all day long, and when I was lying in bed suddenly a voice in my head said: Do your kegels! This really sucked. I was tired like hell and just wanted to sleep, but I had to do my kegels;) I try to do them in the afternoon the next weeks.

Tomorrow I'll start my new routine:)
 
cool 9!! I have slipped on my resiflex part of the routine, but i find the long kegals easy to do becuase i just do my routine in the car. Everytime I sit down in my seat i think about weather it is an on day or an off day. I must continue my resiflex routine for a powerful BC. Is there anyone on the team that has started this routine?
 
I changed my routine i do 5 1min holds with a 30sec rest in between each one then i rest for 2 mins and do quick kegels for 2mins str8, I'm going switch my routine up every 2 weeks and make it more intense every time

As I've said before, I really just like to be there for whoever wants it. Lrts keep going guys. I've actually had some increase in PFM strength wile kegaling hard every other 3 or 4 days which I'm very happy about. I'm shooting long thick loads and my orgasms are so good! I really hope to get some more consistency going.

I think part of my problem is that it takes for ever for my muscles to fatigue now because they are strong! Good\Bad.
