Is there a special way to apply the wrap. I have been having trouble applying it so that I am fully extended. When I measure the length of my penis in the bandage, it measures at least an inch or so less than my fully stretched flaccid.

I feel like I need three hands to apply the wrap while keeping full tension on my penis.

It only takes 2 hands and don't be scared to go tight. Start at the extreme bases, get a good wrap as low as possible and from there, as you stretch with one hand the other wraps. Do this with consistency until you reach the top where you will tie off. Do not expect this to be any certain length, just be sure that your flaccid penis is elongated as far as possible in the wrap.

It's not an exercise per se, so you won't get a strong stretch or much of length gains.
