It came shipped at 2.5 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x 40[/words]+ inches...... are we suppose to cut the wrap, or we use it all in one piece?

But if i want a 5 inch flaccid penis should i wrap completely extended (6") or desired length(5") only ? As this also effects extra skin growth if i extend more than desired length

You should always wrap to your maximum flaccid stretched size, wrapping any less will not give any kind of stretch. If you want a 5" flaccid size and you can wrap to 6" do so, this will help sure up the 5" you want.
