Gains keep coming! I'm happy to report another 0,15" added to my length, that makes a new BPenis EnlargementL of 8,3" (NBPenis EnlargementL 7,7") and an overall gain of 0,4 " in about 2 months of Mandingos only. I'm very content with my progress, especially since I don't gain very fast in length. Guess one reason for the efficacy of this exercise is the low leverage point which makes it similar to a near-base grip stretch (recurring to the discussion in Neutron's urologist thread).
 
Just WOW! I've heard of this stretch years ago but never bothered to look it up as I was hanging and pumping, now back into Penis Enlargement, just manually for the last 2/3months decided to try it out! B00M! this stretch is GOLD! after the usual workout, i done 10 minutes un-bundled followed by an incredibly intense 10 minute bundle session. I was doing 1 minute sets and the last few were cut short due to intensity! I take my hat off to blue whale for this! brilliant!

lol, this is not as easy as it sounds. The good news is most of the exercises have been recorded and will be added as we finish editing so we should be pretty up to date video wise on all the exercises. As new exercises, tools and routines happen we will try to keep up with the videos.
 
There's pictures in this thread. Idk I was able to understand the stretch immediately and have never understood why some don't get it. How do you post videos, if I'm told I'll make one and post it

Now when you are in position where you have rotated your fist 180 degrees(or more) and your palm is facing up with you holding the dick just beneath the glands and your shaft is on you knuckles your down side of thr palm should be resting around your belly which wil enable you to generate incredible amount of force without spending energy.

When doing the stretch you should feel extreme sterching of the inner penis from the shaft all the way to the ass if you put your hand on the part of the dick thats closest to your ass you should feel extreme hardness.
The stretch is very painfull also.If you dont feel extreme inner dick strecth you are doing something wrong.

On little thing.If youre dick is 2 big put some pading around your knuckles so it spreads better around your knuckles enabling you more tightness.

From what I gather once you have a high grip on the flaccid penis you simply wrap the hand back so the penis wraps around the knuckles and from there you stretch. Sort of a Y stretch using the knuckles.

Just grip lower on the penis if you're that long. Maybe mid shaft.

Very simple, grab the penis flaccid, mid shaft flip your hand around and stretch against the thumb/ Even better Bundle it first!

Your twisting your Penis for the tunica stretches and pulling out your inner Penis at the same time. You can add more twists and make it more for the tunica. It's a good exercise for any level once you become accustomed and figure where the stretching and pulling happens.

No, I actually do them in one move. so do mandingo but also have it bundled.

I forgot who did the bands but he gained quickly but I believe he didn't bundle though. You also have using the kettle bell, which I did with my 20lb, it's insane but feels good. Thanks for making me remember so I can start doing them lol. Figured out my morning routine now haha.

Very powerful stretch on its own, add the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] and ease off the intensity until you are secure in the form of the exercise.

Those newbie gains happen to some and not others. I live the reason is some men put in far more intensity than others in the beginning. They do not hold back as others are overly cautious. PE is so about riding the edge between gain and injury. Getting as intense as you can without injury, that is the sweet spot and where gains come and continue to come!

Now that I'm back at it, I'm doing at least an hour, usually two of intense stretching daily instead of 1 day on and 1 off like I always did. My fsl has gone up in a week already so hopefully this is what I needed to be doing all along

Took me 6 months for 1 inch. Had i been more intense I could've been that guy who did it in a month. Most intense routine I've done lasted 2 hours of stretching max. I would power through 2 minutes of stretching in one direction for 2-3 sets. So 5 directions 2 minutes each. Then on top of that add Mandingo stretch, A- stretch, BTC, foot stretch, erect stretch, and bundled stretch for 5 mins each. Go hard or go home.

Incredible gain! And you are right, go hard or don't go at all. PE takes consistent and constant increase in intensity or a change in routine and exercise to keep things going.

I wish I had redone my PE journey to gain 2 inches in 3 months. Maybe would've gained a third inch by now!

Created gains for some members using it, incl me at the time. Looking back now though, I cant help but feel it was originally inspired from DLDs methods.

I think this exercise is more effective when done with bare hands instead of the length master. I didn't feel it much when I did it with the length master and the gains was very little in a 90 days period. if you must do this stretch, do it with your bare hands as described.
