I had been doing pe for about 2 months before I started with these. I have been doing them for two 10 minute sessions about 5 times a week, combined with sock stretches to make up my length routine. Over the past week I have also been adding half a twist to the bundle to make them more intense. Ive been using them since the beginning of may and can't wait for my measuring day on 7/1! I'll keep this thread updated with how the this stretch went for me after two months use.

I love these so much that even though until recently I haven't Penis Enlargement'd for a while I tend to do the unbundled version naturally when just walking around the house.

Thats true instead of gripping with your bare hands you grip with your shorts around the glans to enhance your grip.
You can also use chalk to further enhance the strenght of your grip.

I would also advice doing some grip training.Captains of crush are the best choice for crushing grip strenght which is most needed for Penis Enlargement if you cant acquire them then do any other grip training exercise like towel rolls which you can do at home where you basically try to squezee 2 ends of the towel as hard as you can,like you wanna squeeze the water out of it.

I just did it this morning and I personally love the stretch. I was able to produce maximum force while keeping grip fatigue to a minimum. Time will tell. But I added it to my routine. Thank you for posting it.

The stretching portion of the Total Routine (SG and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] routine) is very open to additions or changes. I kept it very basic but you could use any stretch you are comfortable. The reason I kept it basic and angular is I wanted this mini-stretch session to hit every angle and Basic Stretching is perfect with this. I would say add in the new stretch as part of the stretching session or find the angle the new stretch is covering and cancel that angle from the Basic Stretching.

Nice variation but on the picture youre doing the exercise wrong.Youre hand is not resting on your pubic bone and hencefort youre not getting enough leverage to generate enough force for this exercise to be effective.The true potential of this exercise is the leverage and the force you can produce while doing it.

Secondly youre not doing it bundled.Read the thread carefully you will find more the enough information to do this exercise with perfect form.

Wrong? MY hand is always resting against my body whe i do these.Trust me i get maximum leverage(much more than u can with a hand grip) because the anchor is completely solid and will never come off . I can't put max strength into these cos i will tear my cock off. The video link u just gave me is the exact same thing i am doing... After ive done 3 sets of 90 seconds in ever direction i use my other arm to push against the bend, think these are called A stretches? Do these in every direction also. I'm more than happy to take more pics if u need.

Sounds good now.In the video Superdick does the exercise with 1 bundle.Always try to do as many bundles as you can.

Nothing can compare with a power of a strong hand especially if you have a strong grip like i do.
With some cholk or baby powder you can pretty much tear your cock off and that is the main goal when doing this.Speakin metaphoricaly ofc.
 
See the thing is i don't have to grip my cock, the anchor does it for me. I am using the power of my whole arm to turn and i don't have to worry about my grip going. I could easily hold this stretch for 10 mins+. To make the stretch even more intense i can push down on the anchor with my other hand. Well I just tried it and it seems to work if I only use 3 fingers and my thumb instead of 4. That being my #1, #3 , $4 and #5 fingers (for you pianists) doing the work and my #2 finger doing nothing......yet. Maybe one day when I grow up I can use all 4 fingers and my thumb. :s

I've been doing these stretches (w/ V stretch variant as well) daily. Its powerful... probably the most powerful stretch out there right?
 
Members that have been doing this please chime in. Have you gained 1 inch in 1 month? haha. Seems like a ridiculous claim. But seriously, have any of you see any gains from this exercise? It looks interesting.
 
I actually just tried the stretch right now. I have big hands so I am finding it difficult to get a proper grip. My head keeps slipping from my grip. This exercise hurt my glans more than it stretched my ligs lol.
 
I do this stretch daily and many variations of (i get creative, use both hands for max tension w/ diff angles etc) and although I have been doing other things (Bathmate, jelqing, SSJs) I have gained in length. Not long ago (1-2 months) ~6.25-6.5 EL and now Im very close to 7"..

one variation I do which hasnt been discussed to do do the regular mandingo stretch, stretch upwards and use your other hand (like the V variation - penis resting inbetween thumb and pointer finger) and push upwards...

Red I'm trying to figure out your version of this stretch. From the illustration it seems like your doing some kind of down and outs, which I actually really like so please tell me how to do this. Do you still do this exercise? If not why did you stop? Red what is your stretching routine like? I feel I can learn something new here to add to my routine. What stretches do you do for the triangular lig, such as the mother lig stretch. Also do you do any stretches to target the internal penis? thanks Red
