My stretching routine is when I pump and/or clamp atm. I do internal stretching by pulling the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] towards me and I feel an internal stretch.
 
How do you do a stretching routine while you pump and clamp? You mean you only do hardcore [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stretches? Btw I tried doing down and outs with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] attached last night and ended up getting a powerful internal stretch. Now I have two internal stretches I can do at the same time without taking anything off. The down and out ones and the one DLD mentioned where your dick and balls are through the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] loop.
 
You can add them to your stretching routne, that'd be great. Substitute them? Do you mean substitute all stretches for only this one? It doesn't seem like a very good idea to me but I mean, why don't you try that for a week and see what results you get?

is it best to do this with your dick as twisted as it can get before the stretch?

also i like to use non latex surgical gloves while stretching. no slippage and works better than even baby powder/gold bond. best i have found to get monster stretch with no slip. you can get a box pretty cheap.

I know this has been dead but i just found this and am interested in giving it a shot, but how does one twist to 360 degrees, how is that physically possible with the wrist? I cant get it passed 180 degrees or atleast i think i cant, help is highly appreciated!

i cant do these 360, or its not as easy. i think 180 is ok but if you need 360 then pre twist it 180.

i do 360 on straight out stretchs, rotary and A-frame. its awesome.
 
I was jelqing only for few monts, and I was totally against these Penis Enlargement stretches, until i found this exercise.

now...try it two handed. once you get the stretch either use your other hand and grip your wrist and turn it even harder or just pull straight up and then anchor your wrist...

This Stretch is excellent for when you have a few minutes or just sitting around by yourself doing nothing... watching TV, reading the internet, just to maintain a stretch throughout the day to promote plasticity. Any excuse to pull on my cock.
 
The only gains I actually ever made were during the one month that I used this stretch. I gained a solid 0.5" NBPenis EnlargementL and was pretty happy with it, just wish I stuck with my routine back then.

You've just given me an awesome idea, because as my friends and family knows I usually have my hands down my pants, but with this I can have my hands down my pants and also Penis Enlargement at the same time. I could throw a blanket over me if I'm at a strangers house hahaha
 
I do this for 15 minutes (1 minute on and then switch hands) to warm up for the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words]. Seems to produce that stretchy state pretty reliably.
 
love this one because of it's simplicity. I've never been very interested in length gains per se, though I welcome them warm-heartedly if they come along with the jelqing, but this exercise is just to easy to perform alongside my work at my desk at home to pass it. Started today and will report back about my gains.
 
I don't seem to get the stretch I am looking for while doing this exercise. I have carefully read the first post denoting how to do this, and have looked at the attached images, and trying to do it as stated, but I don't really feel any stretch of the inner penis, or really any stretch at all. All I can feel is a medium pain where my penis goes over my index finger. I was really hoping to get a good stretch but seem to be doing it wrong I guess. Any tips?
 
^Anyone know whey I can't get the internal stretch I am looking for, or able to help? I have been doing "DLD's first routine" stretches for about a month now, and can still feel the actual stretch while doing these, ESPenis EnlargementCIALLY with lower angles (straight down and btc), and have been doing the "mother of all lig" stretches for about a week and can actually feel the stretch while doing this, and have been trying the "mandingo" stretch for about a week as well, but I do not feel any internal stretch, or hardly any stretch at all doing these. I really REALLY want to start expressive stretches to help pull the "inner" out, but cannot seem to find a way to do so. Please help me with this!
 
Pretty difficult to diagnose potential deficiencies of your technical performance without a video or at least a thorough description of your procedure. You could help the people a bit more to understand where your problem is located.
 
Well I do exactly as explained and shown in the first post of this thread, but only feel a little stretch on the shaft, no internal stretch at all
 
Ok, then. Supposed, that you got it right with the technique I can only assume that your individual body measurements (spec. the hand width/dick length ratio) hinder an effective execution, which would necessitate an artificial fulcrum to get the desired leverage. In that case put something on your wrist that maximizes your hand width. Have you already tried a-stretches?
 
A-stretch being over the wrist? I've tried it but I think my wrist is too big, so I will try a "fake arm". I think I just can't get the grip needed for the "mandingo".
 
If you've only been Penis Enlargementing for a month now I'd wait for another month or two before you try these. If you don't feel them either you're doing something wrong or you might need to try them bundled.

I've been doing the Mandingo stretch regularly for a month (togheter with DLD stretching routine)... Gained a half cm in EL.
It is a very damn good stretch and it does work, but... "at least one inch in a month"... well... maybe it is a bit exagerate...

It's a very intense routine with lots of different stretching exercises that doesn't really allow to draw any coherent conclusions with regards to the growth rate induced by the mandingo stretch. But nonetheless I'm tempted to second your assumption that 1" is an exaggerated claim. Will come back with my insights in two weeks after I will have had a month of mandingos only.

btw: I've been doing the mandingos for 2,5 weeks now and up to this point it hasn't struck me as If had gained already 0,5". But well, I'm sure there are Penis Enlargementrs who gain faster than me, expecially when it comes to length. So individual parameters - as always - mess up the generality of the results to a certain degree. But I find it hard to believe that the majority of a hypothetical pool of probands of a hypothetical inquiry would succeed in that big manner.

As long as an exercise is working, i will stick with it. I found that the mandingo is an amazing exercise, and i think i've gained from it as well...
I've just said that to me "AT LEAST one inch in one month" (means you should gain even more) seems a bit exagerate.
I would be very very happy to be wrong, and if someone gains one or more inches in a month, i will be happy to stick with it as well ;)

I think a basic low grip down stretch hits the ligs more than this one , but maybe its just me.
Try to grip at low base of your penis ( around your fat pad ), stretch it down and hit a reverse kegel.
You can do it sitted down but it seems more intense if you do it stand up and pushing your body up.
 
My results so far after roughly 6 weeks of Mandingos, performed at least 4x/week for a period of 30-45 minutes, are 0,25" gained in length. Though, I have to add, that I've done some classic jelqing besides the Mandingos, which could have contributed to the gains. But I think it's a negligible factor, since they constitute only a relatively small part of my girth routine.
I'm absolutely ok with the result because it takes so little effort to perform this exercise. Also I figure that I've just really gotten into the technique within the last two weeks, It feels much more intense now than before. Moreover I upped the volume to 5-6 days a week and 45-60 minutes daily (split into two sessions). I'm looking forward to more gains in the near future. Like this one!

"The Mandingo Stretch" is an exercise, not a routine. You can implement this exercise within your Penis Enlargement regime. Myself, I use this exercise when casually watching Television, holding the stretch as long as I can as many times as I can during TV time.

I just said, that there might be a SMALL amount of Penis Enlargementrs who could be able to achieve that ambitious goal. Who am I to doubt Blue Whales claims?
