It's the one month mark since returning to Penis Enlargement after my 2 month break. I was basically trying out the deconditioning theory and was positive that I would see gains after a two month break, especially in length. My routine has been heavily influenced by the "less is more" approach - stretching and jelqing for the most part every 3rd day. This was new to me also, for in the past my stretching and jelqing has been done 5-7 days per week.

Results:

Conclusion: Not very great results lol. It was shocking to me to see zero gains in length after a two month break. I think this reveals a couple of things. First, is that my lig gains are perhaps maxed out. The past month has been almost entirely devoted to lig stretching. Second, I am not stretching long enough, frequently enough, or intense enough, or any combo of the three. My girth only increased by 1/16", and I admit it's possible that the increase I saw was measurement error, but I am very meticulous about how I measure and do repeated bouts to be sure.

So how I need to change my training: well, I think I need to increase the time and the frequency of my stretching and my girth workouts. I think I will be targeting the tunica much more than what I have done before and see if this helps, and for my girth workouts I will be adding time to the wet jelqs and also adding dry jelqs, as well as increased frequency. I am dissapointed, but not frustrated, as now I know much more about how I respond to Penis Enlargement. It's quite possible that deconditioning for your dick is a bunch of crap for manual Penis Enlargement'ers with low lots.
 
but hey you went a FULL two months with NO Penis Enlargement and didn't lose anything. I personally think with the break/routine you had going you pretty much did a cementing process. I've noticed that I really don't see gains (even though mine have mostly been temporary since I haven't stayed on task with getting busy and such) but still it is at least 5 days a week for a good couple weeks before you can see legit gains.

You're probably right Aeroth I perhaps did do a bit of cementing, which is good. Thanks for checking in man I appreciate the feedback. Keep an eye out too, because now is when I start getting serious about Penis Enlargement - jacking up the volume, frequency, and intensity!

Comments: Really starting to enjoy and get a feel for the slow squash jelqs. Definately get some solid expansion and a quicker appearance of red dots. I do best when I only hold the jelq for 30 seconds and regrip, otherwise I have grip issues. I'm going to work my way up to some good time on those.

Thoughts about where my training is going:

While I would love to end up with a 8" non-pressed length, standing, (this would mean about 8.25-8.5" non-pressed seated) I realize I may not have this kind of length potential in me (currently 7.25" seated, and 7" standing). My lig gains are most likely maxed out. I am not completely certain about this, and I am willing to test this for sure, but for now I will be focusing on mostly tunica stretching. It's been a long time since I have gained length and I think I just need to see some gains to get my confidence up again for the length department.

To be honest, I do believe that once you hit a 7" non-pressed length, the girth factor becomes much more important for sex. I don't think many women need more 7" in length, and at this point, the more girth you have the better. While my ultimate goal is definately still 8x6, if I gained no more length but continued to increase my girth, I could be happy with this. A 7x6 or 7x6.25 dick sounds great to me. I think this is part of the reason I seem to be subconsciously focusing more on girth training than length training. I would love to hit 6" girth here in the next couple months just to get one of my final goals out of the way, and then at that point figure out how in God's name to get one more inch of length out of what I have.

8x6 sounds magical, but if I had to stop at 7x6-6.25, I can be very happy with this.

Well, I have some good news and some bad news. The good news is my girth has increased faster than I have ever experienced in these past two weeks - I gained 1/8" in two weeks, hitting girth highs of 5 and 7/8" midshaft. The bad news is I have to stop Penis Enlargement for a while due to some thrombosed veins at the base of my dick. I believe this is not all Penis Enlargement related though, as I have a unique medical condition that exposes me to blood clotting easily. Basically, the intense girth session helped thrombose these veins but it was certainly not the cause, so don't anyone who reads this get scared. I plan on giving these veins time to heal through massage and heat, and see if I can somehow hold on to these incredible girth gains I have attained. This really sucks, because at this rate I'd be over 6" girth within a month's time for sure. I know now that for me, more girth work with more intensity is the key for girth increases, done most days of the week. Length gains are another issue, and I am debating just giving up on length completely. In most cases I am 7" non-pressed (when I even out standing/sitting, and those erections that just aren't 100%), and someday would love to hit 8", but I just seriously have no confidence in stretching at all. It could be a belief issue, but at this point I have no desire to try and change this. I will be back as soon as possible and will hit that 6" girth goal.
 
It's been about 3 weeks since I had to stop Penis Enlargement because of the thrombosed vein I had. It's still there but is daily improving, and I estimate that within 2 weeks I will be back to jelqing hard and finally hitting that 6" girth goal before the summer is here. My girth is hanging on at 5 and 13/16", so since stopping Penis Enlargement I've only lost 1/16", which is good. Most of the time I drop 1/8", we'll see if I can hold onto that 1/16" until the time I start up girth work again. By the way I strong suggest everyone to go completely bald everywhere on your dick and balls - it just looks so much bigger and more appealing.
 
Finally I felt ready to get going with girth work again! The thrombosed veins are really non-existent so I started up with jelqing again and it felt awesome. No issues with the veins and I think I'll be able to just keep going with it now until I hit my goal of 6" girth. I'm down to 5.75" which is great because with previous breaks I always dropped down below that. It sounds crazy but I think I can get the 6" girth mark in about a month's time with consistent work and at that point I'll do a maintenance routine for the summer (moving back home so lack the privacy) and hit it hard again in the fall. If I don't get that 1/4" I know I'll get close (been at 5 and 7/8" before which I think will come back within a week). Ultimately still wanting that 8x6 NP ideal size, but I won't be tackling the length again until the fall when I can truly give it my all.

Vein is fine, things are looking good. Gonna keep on going daily with the jelqs. What's crazy is how much my penis really hasn't deconditioned at all. I thought 20 minutes would be pushing it for my first time but there were no red spots and it felt strong. We're looking at a minimum of 30 minutes of wet jelqs and other girth work daily now until I hit that 6" girth mark.
 
Alright, well, lot's of news since I last posted. I've taken breaks off and on since April and HAVE seen length gains thanks to what I believe is essential to all natural Penis Enlargement'ers, and that is the benefit of deconditioning periods for length increases. I created a thread in the General Forum (http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?t=30618) after I learned the power of taking deconditioning breaks for your ligaments with stretching. This deconditioning does not apply to girth work, nor have I tried that for girth work. This is just for stretching.

I've done three deconditioning/stretching blocks, taking 2 months off of any stretching and then two weeks on. I go two weeks on because my gains have shown that after the two week mark, length gains stop. I experience no lig soreness, and cannot feel the ligs burning during stretching. Two weeks, for me, is the maximum time spent in continuous stretching that I can still see gains from. Now get this: each time I have taken a two month break, and then stretched daily for two straight weeks, I have seen 1/4" gain in length. I did that three times so far, except that this third time (recent) had to be cut short after the first week due to time constraints. So, since using this method, I have seen length increases of 5/8" in the past 6-7 months. Might not seem like much, but guess what - add that up and you're looking at over one inch gained in length in a year, and two inches in two years. All while spending realistically, in one year, including the breaks, about 8-10 weeks spent stretching. For those that have not seen length increases and are frustrated with rumor's of the LOT theory (my LOT is a bare bones 6 by the way) and are sick of pulling on your cock 30 minutes every day for hardly anything, take a 2 month break and come back and stretch for two weeks. If you're like me you'll get lig gains.

And did I mention I stretched for a total of 5 minutes each day, using just the basic newbie stretches? This is the real deal.

I'm deconditioning now for my ligs, so I have the time to focus on girth gains. I want a good 1/2" more in girth to put me over 6" midshaft girth in ANY sexual position, and another solid 3/4" - 1" in length to put me at 8" and above NON-pressed in ANY sexual position, the shortest being standing up. The length will take me another 8-9 months, and the girth probably around the same amount of time.

I'm expecting a legit 8x6 cock by summer 08. I encourage you to follow along while I go.

Just for reference, my best measurements standing:

7.25" non-pressed length
5.75" mid-shaft erect girth

When I hit a true and legit 8x6, I'm retiring officially. : )

Started at 6.5" non-pressed x 5.5" EG just for reference. That was a couple years ago as my routines have been off and on.

Since I only run deconditioning/work phases for my stretching, I will only be updating when I am not on a break. Like right now. I stretched for a week last time before I was forced to take a break because of time/privacy issues, and gained 1/8". Like I said before I go two weeks on, and two months off on stretching. Each two week work phase I gain another 1/4" in length.

I'm starting a two week phase now (today was day 3) of stretching. On my work phases I found I only need about 5-7 daily minutes of stretching (all newbie stretches), stretching everyday, to gain my 1/4" in two weeks. I did that all in one shot, not stretching multiple times daily.

This two week phase I will be stretching total time the same (5-7 minutes), but doing so over 2-3 stretching bouts of 2-3 minutes per session. This goes in line with millionman's progressive stretching theory and thread, and I will see what kind of results I get from this. I've already noticed two things: one, my glans experiences less stress when I don't go for 5-7 straight minutes (less red dots). And two: my ligs aren't as sore each day stretching in this manner. But, they are always exhausted, which is probably more important.

Also, I am doing girth work again. In that past I gained all my girth from doing wet jelqs, but I can't go with those anymore because I've realized they give me crazy turkey neck action. So, I'm focusing on hard and intense dry jelqs and isolated compression squeezes. I'm starting at 10 minutes daily and will probably be adding time slowly, based on feel. Goal is, again, 6" of mid-shaft girth (ultimate goal). I am very close...
 
Stretching Gains once more....

After a week of stretching 5 weeks ago, and then a one month break, I jumped right into a stretching phase last week. Gains are here once again! I take four measurements to check validity (standing pressed and nonpressed, and seated pressed and nonpressed), and I saw a 1/8" - 3/16" gain in all measurements, after one week. I do, however, feel that my ligs need a break from stretching once more, so I will decondition for 4-8 weeks depending on feel.

This puts me at 8 & 3/16" non pressed flaccid stretched length, and 8 & 15/16" pressed flaccid stretched length! Sooo close to that 9" bone pressed stretched length, and after a stretching session I have measured over in the past week.

I'm going to use this oppurtunity now to focus on girth increases with dry jelqs, isolated compressions, and also clamping which I am now getting into (this is my 4th day). I'm enjoying clamping a lot and see some huge potential in this method.

Here are my erect measurements:

7 & 5/16" x 5 & 11/16" (7.3 x 5.7)

It seems I've lost some girth since the 6 month break or so that I took from it, but after just four days of girth work, and clamping, I see more already. I will re-measure in a month or so with my girth, about the same time I start stretching again. Ultimate goal is 6" eg, mid-shaft.
 
So, I've started clamping for girth and it is INCREDIBLE. I highly, HIGHLY, recommend that if you have not clamped for girth work you DO SO IMMEDIATELY. The expansion is unlike anything I have experienced before with girth work.

Example, today at my peak erection with clamping:

7.75 x 6.2 (Nonpressed, Midshaft)

Normally at:

7.25 x 5.75

That's some expansion! Also, I am using a progressive approach to my stretching now. I am going completely be feel. I will only be doing stretches I feel working while doing them, and will stop as soon as I don't feel them being working (when fatigue has set in). Right now I am doing well with DLD Blasters, and downward stretches in a strange body angle (laying on my bed), as well as BTC stretches. I really feel those.

I am so close to 8x6 I can feel it!
 
Update: Back at Penis Enlargement after some time off. I've been going at it now for a few weeks and have seen growth in length and girth. Stretching is following the progressive stretching protocol that I believe Millionman has wrote about. I also like to decondition my ligs with 8 week breaks from stretching, but that may be futile now because I believe my lig gains have reached their limit (after stretching them a good .75" from a low 6 of a LOT). But I'm stretching progressively to max it out.

For girth, my routines focus on clamping. I like to do 10 minutes of clamped Uli's (at moderation erection level), 10 minutes of bends at more of an erection, and then 10 more minutes all out with some slow squash jelqs. My expansion is incredible. I go only what I feel it can handle and right now I am growing wonderfully. Also, I am stretching while clamped, downward, and it is an great tunica stretch. The most incredible I have felt in the tunica, to be honest.

I train now when I feel I am ready. I no longer force a workout if I don't feel like it. I don't train with the "less is more" approach, but rather the "do the least work necessary to grow" approach. I still perhaps do a bit more than necessary, but whatever, I see gains.

Best measurement after a few weeks back:

7.6 x 5.8 (NBP x MSEG)

...with the ultimate goal still being 8x6. Realistically I want that length standing, non-pressed, instead of sitting and non-pressed. So I really should be shooting for a 8.5 NBP seated length instead. But whatever, as long as one measurement hits that coveted 8" non-pressed length, and I have that solid 6-6.25" girth to go with it, I can probably retire from Penis Enlargement a happy man. I see this happening within 4-6 months time.
