Alright, well, lot's of news since I last posted. I've taken breaks off and on since April and HAVE seen length gains thanks to what I believe is essential to all natural Penis Enlargement'ers, and that is the benefit of deconditioning periods for length increases. I created a thread in the General Forum (
http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?t=30618) after I learned the power of taking deconditioning breaks for your ligaments with stretching. This deconditioning does not apply to girth work, nor have I tried that for girth work. This is just for stretching.
I've done three deconditioning/stretching blocks, taking 2 months off of any stretching and then two weeks on. I go two weeks on because my gains have shown that after the two week mark, length gains stop. I experience no lig soreness, and cannot feel the ligs burning during stretching. Two weeks, for me, is the maximum time spent in continuous stretching that I can still see gains from. Now get this: each time I have taken a two month break, and then stretched daily for two straight weeks, I have seen 1/4" gain in length. I did that three times so far, except that this third time (recent) had to be cut short after the first week due to time constraints. So, since using this method, I have seen length increases of 5/8" in the past 6-7 months. Might not seem like much, but guess what - add that up and you're looking at over one inch gained in length in a year, and two inches in two years. All while spending realistically, in one year, including the breaks, about 8-10 weeks spent stretching. For those that have not seen length increases and are frustrated with rumor's of the LOT theory (my LOT is a bare bones 6 by the way) and are sick of pulling on your cock 30 minutes every day for hardly anything, take a 2 month break and come back and stretch for two weeks. If you're like me you'll get lig gains.
And did I mention I stretched for a total of 5 minutes each day, using just the basic newbie stretches? This is the real deal.
I'm deconditioning now for my ligs, so I have the time to focus on girth gains. I want a good 1/2" more in girth to put me over 6" midshaft girth in ANY sexual position, and another solid 3/4" - 1" in length to put me at 8" and above NON-pressed in ANY sexual position, the shortest being standing up. The length will take me another 8-9 months, and the girth probably around the same amount of time.
I'm expecting a legit 8x6 cock by summer 08. I encourage you to follow along while I go.

7.25" non-pressed length
5.75" mid-shaft erect girth
When I hit a true and legit 8x6, I'm retiring officially. : )
