I have been trying to work in some of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] after reading it, all things considered. Understanding what is happening and the healing afterwords. I don't like that I get a bit of turtling afterwords. I think I understand what you mean by keeping it in its maximum elongated state as it heals, using that wet shirt metaphor made a lot of sense to me. I am going to try to do that [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]uncle Jim[/words] wrap too to prevent such turtling.
I would like to know the most effetive way to do things as the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] shows but I do not have all of the equipment. I do have the LG hanger, clamps, my hands, and I can also get a pump tube since I have the hand vacuum now. I also stopped wearing underwear

I have been trying out some split routines, all things considered.
Do you think there should always be something maximal in every session? Like a stretch, or an expansion? In other words should you be doing something to shock the penis whenever you can like the plyometric stretch, like the exercise, causing the muscle to contract maximally for a short period. I don't know if sub maximal sessions are doing enough other than really just being a big warm up. The 3lbs feels like nothing from manually stretching so long. I think that working in some of your stretches in between the 20min sets would be better than doing a long 30-60 min bout opposed to doing them before the hanging or afterwords.
