The time has come for me to keep a P.E log on this site. My hope is to log down every routine I do, as well as add some comments on my routines.

I started Penis Enlargement back in the Summer of 2005, but never really consistent. I started consistently on May 20, 2006 and just stopped on November 1st. I haven't done any P.E since then (about a month and a half).

During the 8 months of my P.E I had intense sessions lasting anywhere from 3-4.5 hours. The sessions included dry jelqs, wet jelqs, horse squeezes, clamping, double clamping, wall clamping, and stretching. To my disdain, I gained NOTHING from 8 months of P.E, for whatever reason.

So, if intense sessions of P.E lasting hours didn't work for me, what will? If all I got from it were larger veins and discoloration, why keep it up? Well, I know that P.E works...and I am focused.

I am going to try a different approach to obtain my short term goal of 7x5.5. I will focus on shorter, but more intense and precise routines using as good technique and force that I can. I will also try to warm up and warm down, as well as figure out how much time I should take to rest. I will make the Kegel as important as anything else too because I feel I will benefit from the kegel.

I plan on obtaining my goal by my 21st birthday in roughly 7 months. Please feel free to comment on my routines and be candid about my approach to them.

For the record, on this date I measured in at 6.5x4.875 (girth measured at C-scar, mid shaft is 5 inches)

Day 1, 17DEC06

Start 735pm-9pm

Kegel

I got pretty good expansion from the jelqing and the clamps. Penis felt like puddy afterwords with no discoloration except redness. Took a shower to clean up then stretched. Stretches could have been more intense. I just made things up with the sock and got some powerful stretches.
 
Day 2, 18DEC06 7:50pm-9:50pm (about 2hours)

Dry Jelq
Wet Jelq
Clamped girth work
Stretches
Kegel
Curve work after everything.

This is probably one of the best routines I have ever done. I really focused on technique and what I was doing, and visualized everything (which really helps). I jelqed as hard as I could at times, and did most of them very slowly. I tried to get as much expansion as possible while jelqing, then go for maximum expansion while clamping. I also did some light clamped jelqs. While clamped I did some edging which helped sustain erection for maximal expansion. I have a great feeling I found what works for me. Let's hope so.

Btw I could barley kegel because I tried out Alph's crazy kegel routine yesterday.

Didn't do any kegel work in the routine. I will probably try to hit up Alph's routine after I write this though. I experimented today with some weight hanging with the sock, creating powerful fulcrum stretches. I will continue to experiment with this until I get something. Over all, the jelqing was alright, while the stretching portion was great.

My over all girth seems much larger. My flaccid cant fit into a paper towel, when a couple days ago my erect could. I don't know if its fluid build up.

Good workout today. Skin on penis was a bit sore, under glands too. The fulcrum stretching with the weight seems to give a really good stretch. Still trying to find ways to make it more comfortable. Girth seems to have swollen up, length is harder to tell.
 
Hey Jugger you're probably overtraining. Since you have gained little with this routine, you should change it completely. If I were you I would try 15 min jelq downward, one day on one day off, with maximum strength. Try it for a couple of months
 
Well this routine is new for me...the sequence anyway. The routine that I did where I gained nothing lasted for about 3-4 hours of just quantity.

As for this routine, everything seems to be going well. My girth is larger, discoloration is at a minimum, and my erections are way harder.

As for your suggestion, I will try it out anyway. I have nothing to lose.

I have no doubt that in my old routine I was over training...but this one last 2 hours maximum.

First couple dry jelqs and BLOOD However, I continued anyway but could not really get any good erections. I don't know what the cause is...I have been on NOX again..but didn't take any today. Maybe I should have warmed up first or something. I didn't bother stretching afterwords...Maybe I will take a couple of days off...or do some kegel work.

My size is pretty much the same as before as I was always on and off (about 7.5 bp and 5.25 girth). When I first started I don't know if I really gained because I might have measured wrongly. I did ge t larger veins though (woopie!)...and now I have gained a lot of weight back (on and off for years) so I have about an inch or more of fat pad. Who knows how big I would have been if I stuck with it that long... I regret ever stopping.

What happened was marriage and life and now separation and divorce....so I guess I wanted to start Penis Enlargement again as my ex didn't really seem to care either way (cryptic women). I found that it mattered more to me, as far as size and girth since when I did pump or Penis Enlargement it felt better for me (felt more of her) since she was sorta loose to me. More girth made her feel tighter and gave me better stimulation.

My routine I will be posting is focusing mostly on girth and is my own personal techniques (not originally but done my own way) and shorthand I don't expect anyone to follow it unless they ask me. A lot of it is just focusing on "feel" and "look" and healing and hitting certain girth numbers before, during and after the session.

I don't really have a girth or length goal but 5.5-6 inch girth seems reasonably large and possible. Length I think I am fine at 7.5bp if I lose some body fat...easier said though.

If this routine does work I plan on sharing it with others via some type of web video conference where we can go through sessions for beginners and even some vets but that is in the future. I would do it because we all lack motive at times and I think it will be good for those really trying to gain some permanent girth.

You should consider getting devices, they make pe fun and easier to be consistent. A [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] with the Houdini wine pump from Walmart ( if you're in the states) is a great I idea as you're looking at girth, you just need one [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] if you have the wine vac.

There are a few I would really like to try. One would be some type of hanger like the BIB but I don't know if they even exist anymore. My hands are not really strong enough to stretch that great these days. Thank you good sir and legend. So far I have been too tired (diet, work, life) to really get strong routines in place but hopefully that will change soon.
