I haven't jerked off since a few days before this thread started. The addiction factor has completely shifted to Penis Enlargement. Yes, you're right. It's just easy to get discouraged when you see a guy like Kingsnake, who has been working intensively on Penis Enlargement for 4 years and still has only gained 1.5 inches in length (again, no offence). It makes you wonder if it's really worth it to spend so many hours every day on Penis Enlargement.

No ejaculation for 16 days now. I was at 2 weeks with no adult entertainment, but had a slight mess up. I feel better mentally and spiritually, but my urges have been very strong. With my response, please realize that I'm not trying to push my beliefs or point of view on to you. Abstinence- because I don't have kids, have never been married and am waiting for marriage. In the event that I do ever get married, I don't not want to rob my future wife of any experiences that I squandered elsewhere.
I'm personally opposed to masturbation/self ejaculation as it's not good for me physically, mentally or spiritually. I'm one of those guys whose potential gains were never realized because I couldn't control myself during or after a p.e. workout. If I have ejaculated before I hit the gym, I simply cannot train as hard or efficiently as I need and want to, which also mentally bothers me. With an ejaculation, my testosterone drops significantly, which really hampers my energy levels. Masturbation is self defeating for me and spiritually, is a barrier between me and God, which is something I do not want.
Having not ejaculated in 16 days now, I'm feeling better all the way around and haven't blown any potential gains. The visual temptations are there from women that I see in the store or at the gym, but defeating temptations builds character and helps make a man a man.
