I think i may have stumbled onto something with moving the clamp up to the midshaft. The engorgement at the midshaft after this routine was awesome. Basically i didnt have full erection while doing the last 2 sets of midshaft clamping so i kegeled and kegeled then manually clamped at the base. This put a lot of pressure around the clamped area of the midshaft mostly directly above the clamp. Post girth engorgement was 5.75 at the base, 5.5 midshaft, and 5.625 at the circ scar.

I tried something different today... I went with a cold wrap to end my routine.

Also, I think i busted a small blood vessel yesterday or bruised part of my shaft on the top. I got a purple dot near the circ scar. I did my routine today anyways because i have 2 rest days coming up.

VeryShyGuy: Girthwise i believe manual constriction has gotten me those gains. Now im using a cable clamp to try to get girth gains faster although i might be overworking a bit.

When i took off the clamp after this set of width expansion the monster looked a bit wider to me, almost hit 2 inches wide at the circ scar. Pretty good week of Penis Enlargement. Im going to reposition the clamp with hinge on the left side while the clamp is upside down. I'm also considering taking a week off from clamping after this next week and just work on wet jelqs, maybe around 300-500 thru the 4 days. I might be overworking because i have got a couple purple dots over the past week or so but they have went away pretty quickly.

Massive expansion after this routine most of it was base girth. It was mainly swelling of base girth i measured just 6" shy on base girth. Also, right after my width session I measure right at 2" width at the circ scar.

Making it stick is all about consistency. Girth and width can be stubborn but if you hammer it everyday and get good expansion each time it has no choice but to permanently expand to accommodate the new size.

I can't really tell how much gains im going to get from this but today after my last set of width expansion i left the clamp on and edged some more. I was about 5.875 clamped girth at the circ scar, 5.625 clamped girth at midshaft, I measured the right aboved the clamp at 5.875. All this was hard girth not the puffy stuff. I usually have some fluid buildup under the glans after this routine also.

I've gained some noticeable base girth but i feel bigger gains are on the way with this routine. I like the width expansion sets mainly because once you lean back and see 2" of width it's like "WOW, i wish i had this all the time!".

I'm pleased with this routine atm simply because im getting no red spots from it. It's pretty easy but usually it takes over an hour to complete for me.

I'm going to start up a new routine focused on length i think. I haven't pe'd for a while since im taking a little break. Girth gains are being stubborn as hell right now.

I've been out of Penis Enlargement for a while. I felt i needed a prolonged rest. Right now im going to try to focus on a different type of routine. Girth first then length. I'm shooting for 5 on 2 off with 30-45 minute routines.

Today I did the following:

Hot Wrap
50 Erect Dual Wet Jelqs
50 Wet Jelqs

Put a c-ring on

1 set of 6 30 second squeezes(at a different part of the shaft) while constricted every other 30 second interval. Started doing 4 of the midshaft squeezes using the triple horse squeeze method with one hand squeezing under the glans and the other at the midshaft. 2 Advanced horse Squeezes.

2 sets of width expansion with one minute rest in between sets (using the spine of a book while constricted)
1 set = 30 second press at base, midshaft, and below glans.

2 sets of stretches with c-ring on partial erections
1 set = 30 seconds left, right, then straight out while straight down, straight out, then straight up.

4 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x 30[/words] seconds of a newer type stretch while clamped. On this stretch i put the clamp around the whole package then push the clamp to the pubic bone. While pushing toward the pubic bone i pull down on the bottom side of the clamp with a finger. With the other hand i do a basic straight out stretch sometimes pulling up a bit.

Hot Wrap

On this new stretch i did get some purple lines from the clamp but they subsided within a few minutes.

I haven't been doing the clamped package type stretches because well they hurt. The clamp really digs into you so i don't advise doing them.

And thanks Red. I had to cut my routine down since starting back up. I also added some length exercises because while i was training girth only my length went up a little. Maybe now my girth will go up some =o.

My rubber c-ring broke tonight. What a piece of crap. I have a velcro leather one though that im going to start using sunday. Well its time for 2 days rest.

And thanks Hoosyodaddi. Man i can seriously look down there and see not much of a difference. It is probably because ive been gaining ever so slowly after my newbie gains. I'm trying this whole stretching after girth thing to hopefully induce some length gains.

That's why measuring and logging are so important. I lift weights in addition to Penis Enlargementing and I have a difficult time telling when I've gained mass. The scale tells me that I've gained weight, but I have never measured my quads, biceps, triceps, chest, etc. Luckily, measuring one's penis is easier than measuring the circumference of one's chest.

Keep measuring, logging and doing the work. The gains will come. As far as length gains are concerned, I'm convinced that hanging is more efficient and effective than manual stretching (alone). Build yourself a "Captain's Wench" if you have not given hanging a try yet.

** Note ** i can't feel much of a stretch while doing the straight up stretches so i up'd my straight out and straight down one set.
