All in all a good routine for today. Missed most of my flaccid stretching b,c i didn't have time in the morning before work. I did try some squat stretches and they seem pretty intense.
 
I just went back to dld's fulcrum stretches for 50 seconds, and my bpfsl blasted up .3 in 2 days ! You should change your stretches from 30 seconds to 50, maybe that'll help.

Had limited time on wednesday so i cut my routine short. I see it as a little extra healing time from tuesday's intense session. I did double my jelqs though.

Updating Routine:
I don't like the feel of the TOW stretches that much so im dropping those from my routine and V-stretches too. In place of those exercise i cut out, i'm doing my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] stretches for 60 seconds now and upping my twisted tunica stretches to 30 seconds a piece.

I'm going to switch my girth and erect stretching to the morning and do my flaccid at night.

Over parts of the weekend i noticed when i got erect then started to come down from erections i had some pain in my penis. It was sort of a quick pain. Maybe it needs some rest. Also, on a good note, i measured around 1/8" more girth than normal on Sunday afternoon. I wish i could say the same for length. I've got a measure date coming up on the 15th.

I went very light on my routine today. I'll get my twisted tunica stretches in tomorrow. I'm going to keep my erect portion to a minimum because i think i need some much needed healing for some reason. I'm not doing my girth routine for the rest of the week.
 
I finally measured tonight and I currently stand at 7 1/8" BPenis EnlargementL x ~ 5.1" EG or so. My final week of the month i went really light with my routine to ensure that I got proper healing before my measure date. I figure I'll take the rest of this week off from Penis Enlargement then hit it hard Monday. Maybe some newbie stretches here and there during the rest of this week but that will be the extent of it. I basically gained around 1/8" EL and ~ 0.1" EG this past 4 weeks of Penis Enlargement. Gains are coming a lot slower since I gained that first quick 1/2" to 3/4" EL. I figure the plan for next 4 weeks will be the same as the previous with a few flaccid stretch exercises lengthened and a couple dropped. I'll see how this next 4 weeks goes then I will probably get a bib starter because i hate doing 60 second holds for manual stretches. I figure hanging will probably be more effective than manual stretches. Also to increase girth maybe do some constrictor/clamp exercises. I'm undecided on these two methods though. I'm just going to see how the next 4 weeks goes.

Tizzle, Good to hear you made some gains. Gains are funny, sometimes they come quickly and other times we can struggle for the smallest gain but stick with it, in the end it is BIGGER:)
 
I've been slacking on my routine, I need to get back into it. I've been doing some basic stretches at times but with school and work i have hardly any time to do anything. I need to make Penis Enlargement a part of my schedule again and i will !
 
Congrats on your first lay. Also, i was wondering if you've been seeing your girth die down since you've been slacking ? I'm only wondering b/c mine has been going down since i started slacking.

It was really easy to keep an erection during this session until i got to the uli and horse 440 part. Uli's and Horse 440's take their toll on my penis so i hope that equals out to some gains in about a month. I got 2 rest days now then back to it on sunday hopefully i gain some girth back since i lost around 1/16 of an inch from lack of Penis Enlargement.

Tonight my penis was the most red it has been in a while after a session hopefully that's a good thing. I'm going to keep strictly this routine for a month or so then i might step up to clamping... i want to get some hella girth gains because i know it would make sex feel 10x better.

I went ahead and bumped my uli time up 2 more minutes. I get a lot of penis fatigue right after this routine. Im also happy to say i gained the 1/16" EG back that i lost when i measured it sunday.
 
I just measured my BPFSL and it's up around 0.25" from the last time i measured it. I just started a routine up 2 weeks ago which mainly focuses on girth. Hopefully i can get some length out of this puppy even tho it's mainly girth based. On another site the erect dual(using two hands at the same time) jelq exercise is said to be length based... I was wondering if this holds any truth because it is done erect and it is a jelq-type exercise which leads me to believe it's girth based...

It was a little harder to stay erect today during the main part of my girth routine. Maybe because it was harder to focus because i can't wait until this weekend or maybe i was just having a bad erection day. Plus i did my routine just after working out at the gym. But it was still a good workout. I'm noticing when my erection tries to die down during my uli's and i clamp harder making the base girth a lot smaller my CS explodes. I think this may help me get a fuller CS and a bigger head to boot.

I'm starting to edge a lot more during my routine. I think it helps me out a lot. During this routine i was still more vascular than normal when it came to doing uli's while edging in between sets.
 
i get 90 to 100 percent erect then i jelq using two hands with one starting at midshaft and one starting at the base. jelq with both hands toward the glans until midshaft hand is under the glans and the base hand is at the midshaft then take the hand at the glans and move it back down to the base and repeat.

As of last night i'm adding 500 kegels to my daily routine right before bed... my erections seem to be slipping just a bit not much but i can tell =) ... Hopefully doing kegel work makes my erections rock hard after a month or so.

I've been edging a lot during my routine lately. Today I had to squeeze like mad for about a minute just not to explode.

On another note i measured right around 7.25" BPenis EnlargementL last night... But my EG is still the same. Weird... I get length from a mostly girth intense routine... I'll measure again Sunday before my routine. Now it is time for a couple days rest.
