Did Kegel Routine a couple hours later.

I felt a much better pump after this routine. I had to measure and i was walking around with around a 5" length pump or maybe more for about 15 to 20 minutes. It felt so heavy with blood. I wish i had that kind of hang all the time =). But on a bad note i had some red spots show up on the top of my penis... Probably overworked it a little. I have had this before and they went away within a couple days.

I measured today.. ~1/8" BPenis EnlargementL gain and 1/8" Midshaft EG gain. 5/16" Base EG gain. My base girth shot up around 1/4 to 5/16. I think this may be because that is where im squeezing at possibly. Uli's and Horse 440's use a base hand grip so i might start doing a couple more sets thursday bringing my base hand up about an inch or so.

Talk about deconditioned, geez. I took a week off from my girth routine and I do about half of what i normally did and i have red spots all over my base. Most of them are on the underside. I will continue with a half-routine sunday and see if i continue to get a lot of red spots.

Kegel Routine before bed

DLD i might start doing using a rolling type device i dont know if the spine book thing is safe yet or it may cause some cosmetic flaws but here it is.
 
Width Expansion Using the Spine of a Book:

1. Make sure you have proper engorgement so that you can get maximum expansion. You may need to test this out a little.

2. Lay your erect penis on a flat surface.

3. Position the "Spine of a Book" at the base of the penis and press down with enough force for it to expand width-wise. Do not press so hard that you hurt yourself. Listen to your body.

4. Repeat step 3 on the other parts of the shaft as well.

I'm doing 2 sets of 30 seconds per press on the base, midshaft, and under the glans. I'll step up to doing more sets as i get conditioned again. I'm doing these around 85-90 percent erection level. I am using a book that has around a 1.25" spine.

I absolutely love clamping, I recommend this to anyone that wants the extra pump after girth work. I'm noticing some changes in my base girth which is a good sign. Anyways i get to take 2 days rest now. On another note i'll be doing width expansion my first and last day of each weeks' sessions.

The pressure while doing these advanced type horse 440 like squeezes is insane at the base where the clamp is positioned. I bet my base EG shoots up pretty quick from these. Also, I'm going to just do the width expansion portion on Monday and Wednesday until i get conditioned enough to do them everyday.

My Base EG after this session was huge. It was right under six inches. I believe the base of the penis while doing clamped squeezes has the most pressure. Maybe it was fluid but it felt hard. Never the less, clamping seems the way to go for now, for me.

That's a nice amount of expansion difference from your normal EG. Surely that will translate into gains eventually. :)

I bumped my dual erect jelqs up today for obvious reasons. I get pretty good glans expansion doing them before i start my clamping. Also, I got this exercise from another pay-site and they say it helps out length a lot and i just noticed that i want some more length. Anyways during my routine today i almost orgasm'd twice. I had to flex my pc muscle and quickly take off my clamp or else i would have busted everywhere. After doing this it was hard to do my last clamping set but once i was done i notice my post base girth was amazing. I didn't measure but i could feel and see a difference. Maybe it was just from swelling but it felt hard and looked good =) .

I noticed at lower erection levels my penis tends to have more width when doing width expanision than at the higher ones. I think i'm going to start doing them at around a 75 - 85 percent erection level instead of fully erect.

I'm working on cementing 5.625 base EG right now.. Clamping seems to make my Base EG explode atm. There's a lot of pressure at the clamp while doing squeezes which may in part make me Base EG go up. In theory, I think moving the clamp up a little more(just under midshaft) will boost my midshaft EG while doing some squeezes. I'll start testing this for one set of squeezes next week and keep everyone posted of my progress.
