my best advise is to enjoy it. it is amazing now to sit and look back at it.

and it was a crazy inner travel.

you might get some turkey neck.

worst case scenario a surgeon can take care of it.

best case you can do it yourself.

i would assume a cockring around the balls during hanging. would help retract the skin while hanging.

So one question for you fellow hangers, I am using the Snake Hanger I am sure youve heard of it since its a sticky in the hanging section. Essentially is just a pipe repair clamp with some hooks, this pipe clamp has a screw at the middle to tighten. So the question is should I aim to have the screw(pressure point) right under the coronal ridge putting more stress throughout the full length of the penis or is it more beneficial to put it smack in the middle of the penis putting more stress at the base and lower half of the penis?

Thats correct, but I use the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] only for healing purposes and usually for 1-2 hours.

I could've easily gone for the 30 mins but I didn't to be conservative. I don't understand its been a while since Ive had that "oh shit this is heavy", like back when I went from 4lbs to 6 lbs I was like "oh shit" and now I am hanging 16lbs and I can read a book while hanging.

But you only used it for one month even if it is at high intensity you should've given it more time and could've been even bigger as of now
 
The career I am studying has a high intensity workload, just this week I didn't sleep 2 days out of the week. So sacrificing 4 hours a day is a HUGE monumental effort for me, and after not seeing results after a month its simply not worth the effort for me. However 30 mins a day and .125"-.25" a month gain is worth it.
 
Ok so interesting thing, today I tried a different angle. Ive been doing BTC all along and today I tried straight down and felt like a virgin. I raised to 16 lbs 2 days ago but I was forced to lower back down to 12 lbs. However I think after a weeks work with 12 lbs I will hit 16 lbs again maybe in less time only this time straight down. Good stretch, didn't feel easy but didn't feel unbearable. I was still able to read a book.

Will try this for a while though feels right, like back in the day lol January...

Missing 2 days is still a great workout. Most men take 2 days off a week in their routine. You are doing just fine!

If the wieght is too heavy you will be in defensive mode and trying to fight the weight which is counterproductive.

BTW good news on the way, I know for fact Ive increased length but I might extend the official measuring date for a week since I haven't been as consistent as I was the first month and I want to give this new style a fair shot.

Great advice. And another point that relates to this is making sets progressive, or pyramid sets. This is where you start out with a low weight and work you way up to the heaviest and once fatigue is reached you work your way back down in weight. This will keep the penis relaxed and more able to accept the weight in a gainful way.

Thanks DLD, today I was able to get some hanging in. I did an unofficial measurement today and again I couldn't believe it. In all fairness I measured right after I ejaculated so I was at my hardest but I measured like that in the past so all is fair. Therefore there are some good news coming on this way, my inconsitency this month surprisingly has not affected the gain rate at all perhaps its due to the increase in intensity. But I think I will be seeing 6" NBEL by the end of April. *fingers crossed*

The feedback I am getting from my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] is insane, the amount of bars I am using now would be unwearable a month ago. I remember pushing for this and my penis barely hang on at the bottom par of the pieces needless to say it was painful, high intensity I could not make it to the hour. I am using that same amount of bars today comfortably with the head of my penis reaching the top of the piece, and today I would consider this medium/low tension.

And I think its time to raise the weight a little bit. Maybe try 14 lbs.

The thing with measuring, I don't know how you guys do it but I try to get the measurement at my absolute hardest 100% erection. Meaning when I am about to cum or just came. But say *hypothetically speaking of course* I am 5.75" nbel at my absolute hardest, my erection if I was doing a sex scene where I walk around and not being constantly stimulated would be at around 80% so that would make my dick be between 5.25-5.5" nbel.

Is there a way to train myself to sustain that 100% without the need of being constantly stimulated? Like I would get hard and default to 100% erection?

I am currently just over 5.5 nbel and I am being conservative about that measurement... My goal is to be 6" by end of may, if this rythm continue it shouldn't be too hard.

I may not be the best to talk to about erection quality, as I pump and have clamped for a while, but I have never had adult entertainment star eq. That being said, I'm sure you could kegal and do other exercises to get really good eq. I am getting older and have less and less expectations for wood you can pound nails with, if you know what I mean. I get good eq from laying off girth and just doing manuals and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] use.

I actually posted an issue I had trying to have sex a month or so ago (which you replied to). After thinking about it I think what you wrote above is spot on. If you aren't attracted it becomes hard to have good EQ, especially if you're drinking that day and doing PE.

Due to issues with my credit card (they issued a new one that I never received and cancelled my old one) my order for the parts of the Snake Hanger didn't go through so I am still working on it. Also I forgot to mention that part of my new goals is to get lean, Ive been going to the gym everyday for the past 3 weeks and so far with diet and exercise(and walking everywhere I can instead of bus or uber) I am down 9 pounds. I usually walk two miles to my gym and two miles back unless it is late in which case I take the bus on the way back... I started at 189 lbs now I am just under 180 lbs and I want to get to 160-165 like back before I studied my masters which completely fucked my diet and exercise. And it helps eliminate the fat pad which is also good.

Went to Walgreens and got a a Paypal My Cash card, put $25.00 on my paypal account and ordered the parts for the snake hanger, Sports PreWrap, a cock ring and a tailor's measuring tape. Also got some baby oil to start jelqing today. Budget PE lol

Since my afternoons are already busy with gym and will get even worse when I start doing length work. I intend to do 45 mins of jelqing every other day early in the morning. I know it is suggested to do length work before girth but I think that is how I can best accommodate this. And there will be more than 8 hours between sessions so it should be ok.

Trimming will become a regular thing if I intend to continue to jelq regularly, if ya'll know any anti irritation lotions that can recommend that d be great.

Rocky, it takes a good 3-4 weeks for the skin to become accustomed to trimming or shaving. In my case shaving took about a month until there was no more irritation. Trimming has the same issues, their is shorter so it tend to irritate the skin until it gets used to it.
